I am dead 😂 Those pistol squats were just impossible for me. Must think of using a chair next time. But the rest was good 🙏
@@Philiberte ye a chair really helps, or just do a regular set of squats if no chair available
Today was hard for me and I disliked you very much for it 😂 I didn't feel like working out and then on top of that it was hard 😮💨 but I know it's good for me 💪🏾🙄😅
Well done, yes don’t workout based on how you feel unless injured or ill. Stuck to the plan and you got it done 👊🏼💪🏼
