In the first two pics of your review linked here, it sure looks like the trigger pin is WALKING out on on you. I know the PSA Dagger had an issue with that. I have one coming since the Black Friday deal I got was too hard to turn down.
Yeah. If you notice before it falls out. :) PSA evidently went to an oversized roll pin to stop it. But it seems odd, since the pins should be held in place by springs in the divots. As a general rule, I tend to switch out clone internals with all Glock OEM.
This is one of the more impressive Glock-style pistols that I've seen reviewed. The grip texturing looks nice and the aluminum trigger definitely looks like a step up over Glock. Everything seems to be a cut above (so to speak). Even the sights are pretty nice. Great review GBG.

Really appreciate these reviews. Paired a dusk lower with a double black slide. Needed minor fitting with the trigger bar but man is this an improvement over sct or anything else, especially with the larger backstrap. Missed out on the R version from the online retailer but grabbed jtt barrel from AIM so it sjould balance out. Best frame for medium hands.

Good looking pistol. I was looking at getting Lone Wolf in Gray, but passed it over when offered a New G19x for a $100.00 less new in the box. Ive used their conversion barrel in 9mm for a G23. This kind of reminds me of the first gen Arex pistol. I think it's pretty cool. I'm very interested in that trigger shoe. I have a few of the LW frames and they're picky with certain trigger shoes. I think the LW internals are closer to the Gen 4 design because of the shape of the trigger housing and the ejector. The mechanism functions the same though. Looking forward to the what's for dinner test.

You seem to have gotten two of the same "small" backstraps. The "curved" one has a noticeable hump in it that I didn't see with either of yours. Have you looked into that?
In your opinion, how is this in comparison to Glock 19? I’m not really a Glock person only ever keeping the 19x but I do like American made products and am will to give this platform a shot.
I don't enjoy Glocks, but enjoy this. Ergonomics and design are modern. The Glock is a great classic, but the last 30 years have really evolved handguns.

I've been looking for another "Anti-Glock," but the Bul Cleaver FS has been hard beat. Not just as an Anti-Glock, but as a friggin gun.. But the Lone Wolf seems promising. And it's American Made.
I think a big statement is that Shadow Systems wanted to be on the channel but then withdrew. Typically when we've seen that in the past it's because a company is hesitant about the depth with which we review things. This happened around the time Shadow Systems had to recall and change their barrels. Hopefully they have things figured out now.
I have to disagree with the comment below on great support from Lone Wolf. I guess everyone is different but my direct experience with them on TWO Lone Wolf "builds" was terrible. I would say to stay away....
@@GBGuns A variety of problems that included frame issues and Lone Wolf internal frame parts that didn't function even though I purchased all Lone Wolf frames and parts in an attempt to eliminate this. My thinking being if I purchased everything from the same manufacturer this wouldn't be an issue --but I was definitely incorrect. When I contacted them they basically blew me off. I subsequently purchased P80 items and had no issues. I scrapped two Lone Wolf frame kits and a variety of their internal/trigger kits that didn't function. Hope this answers your question.

It’s just mind boggling to me that glock can’t or just won’t design there guns to look like this or the psa dagger or the Anderson’s arms kiger, gold has the most hideous looking gun on the market u think they could give them a little design to make them more percitable,
I think they can. I bet they don't think that they need to. They have their formula, and it works. It's not for everyone obviously, but I can only imagine how many people would complain if Glock made a gun like the one in this video. Can't make everyone happy.

Did I miss it or did you not say anything about the slide lock. Isn’t that a Ghost Slide lock. That’s a huge upgrade from standard Glock

I don't know enough about what's different on Gen 5, you should ask Lone Wolf to be certain.
Lone Wolf based their pistol on fhe Gen 3 Glocks because its patent expired so I don't think the Gen 5 slide will work.

Will these fit in Glock kydex Holsters?
I have no way of testing them all, my suggestion would be to contact Lone Wolf about a list of compatible holsters.
After all is said and done it would be cool to hear some thoughts on this vs a comparable shadow systems model.

There are a lot of options out there these days. Glock makes good guns, but they can't seem to shake the 1990's design principles.
I like the pistol but I'm kind of getting away from the dingus. (lol) I'm more comfortable with a hammer for IWB, just me.
Gaston Glock became more influent than any guns designer who ever lived. Next step: a gun that feeds and extracts anything.

If you don’t mind paying $150 per mag, get some MBX mags. I have two of their 140mm mags and they are amazing.
That's a LOT of money for a Glock magazine. The Extar mags can be had for as little as 9 per stick.
