@@UtiiNett No, you cannot substitute condensed milk for heavy whipping cream in a recipe without altering the taste and texture. Condensed milk and heavy whipping cream are two very different ingredients with distinct flavors and properties. Condensed milk is a thick and sweet dairy product made by evaporating most of the water from milk and adding sugar. It has a caramel-like flavor and a sticky, thick consistency. On the other hand, heavy whipping cream is a rich, high-fat dairy product that has a light and airy texture. It is commonly used in recipes to add creaminess, richness, and a smooth texture. Substituting condensed milk for heavy whipping cream in a recipe would significantly alter the taste, texture, and consistency of the dish. It would add a strong, sweet flavor and a thick, sticky consistency that is not suitable for all recipes.

If I use whipped cream and put the cake in the fridge, does that mean that you have to eat the cake in 3-5 days?
Yes 3-5days
For any already whipped creams they don't stay long in the fridge
@@TopserveLimited that's really sad and I guess the downside of whipped cream, that you have to "hurry" to eat the cake.
