Aki I have been whipping my cream all wrong. 😂😂😮 Followed this instruction and wow. Piping it was a dream. It was so stable and even tasted better. Thank you for this video
Thsbk you for this video. At what stage do you suggest I add colouring because it tends to over whip if iadd it after. Also does Danica cream also need to be whipped on low speed?
You are welcome 👍👍 once you are through with whipping to the right consistency, you then scoop the cream you'd like to colour in a separate bowl and using a spatula mix in the colour you want a little at a time till you get the shade you want. So mix the colour by hand not mixer.
Hi, Thanks for the very informative video which has taken my frosting skills to a whole new level, just a request can you do a video on how to color, store and reuse leftover whipping cream? Thanks in advance

Hi how do I achieve dark colors for large molecule colors like red and black?I have tried all the 'hacks' on TH-cam but it just doesn't seem to work...btw thanks for your tip on properly whipping cream ..has made me achieve awesome finishings 👍🏼
With whipped you cream you'll not get the very deep colours like red, black, navy blue etc and if you continue adding colour the cream will be so bitter. So if a client wants a deep colour suggest using buttercream or fondant.....if they still want whipped cream request them to change the colour....or suggest to work with say white cream then decor add ons to be in the deep colours. In that case you can use ribbons, flowers etc
Hi. I would like to ask what might have gone wrong when I have iced my cake with a non-diary whipping cream and it starts bubbling up as if it has gone wrong?
Not sure dear I've not whipped a cup of cream before but the basic principle is to watch the different transitions in the cream consistency and you'll be okay
you can add a little amount of unwhipped cream and beat on low speed just to combine with the previously overwhipped cream. that way the consistency comes back to a smooth and soft look
Yes i started using pristine today. I beated it over 10 mins using a ice bowl down, after 10 mins its started being liquidy again. Can you help me out please
So sorry about that. I'd recommend you watch this video I did on dos and don'ts when using a non dairy cream. I hope you'll be able to note where you may have gone wrong so you can rectify th-cam.com/video/zOqdA2z01gA/w-d-xo.html

Hi.
I would like to ask what might have gone wrong when I have iced my cake with a non-diary whipping cream and it starts bubbling up as if it has gone wrong?
When you overbeat the cream it gets excess air which manifests as air bubbles when frosting
Don't whip on high speed and whip longer than is necessary.
Thank you so much
