Guild Artisan is a great budget add in this deck too. 4 treasures per turn if Raiyuu is attacking alone!
Wonder if there would a good Balan, Wandering Knight budget deck
Helm of the host is great with this creature as it triggers wvery combat
I would like to suggest Sunhome as well, a land that you can pay 4 into and make a creature have double strike. Getting Raiyu to 6 power is lethal with double strike to someone with shields down.
Akrasan Squire and goblin champion are pretty strong in this samurai deck. Mana value is more important than rarity in edh
