I’m a die hard packers fan but in the 80’s my second favorite team was the 49ers. I loved joe and those teams.

Bill Walsh was coach for three of the titles and the other two had his fingerprints due to coaches he mentored, personnel he acquired and the overall culture he built and nourished.
He was that good -- coaching the Niners to titles half a decade after retiring!
I was able to see all 5 Super Bowls from my favorite team.
I would pay million dolar to watch the 49ers dream team play again.

Overall, vs. the entire League, the 49ers gave better than they got.

During Eddie's tenure as the boss of the 49ers, it was his fault that the 49ers won 5 Super Bowls. Once Eddie left, the new owner of the 49ers became responsible for all the 49ers successes since.

And now they have got years of futility ahead of them thanks to the arrogance of their front office, much like the Cowboys situation with Jerry Jones.
