- A walk along Soi Lengkee in Pattaya, Thailand, on a Sunday Afternoon. Tried the burger at Hunger Pangs in Soi Lengkee, which is maybe the best burger I have tasted in Thailand. Soi Lengkee runs alongside Soi Chaiyapoon off Soi Buakhao. August 2023.

Nice look around Soi Lengkee. I'll have to try that burger place next time I'm there. I've been to prime burger on Soi Buakhao witch was delicious but quite a bit more expensive from memory. All the best Heath. Cheers

Nice relaxing vid. thanks Heath. Initially I missed your dulcet tones but then I got into it and it was as if I was doing the walk myself. My 1st two trips (over 10 years ago now) were based in the Hotel Vogue, but since then like yourself I've favoured Jomtien. Having watched a few of your recent vids. I'm beginning to realise an early afternoon visit now and again to Patts. would be worthwhile during my 30 day breaks. I'll make a point of visiting Hunger Pangs as it looks the Dogs Wotsits. Thailand has a lot fast food from America , McDonalds burger king. KFC. Dunkin Donuts. Shake shack. Pizza hut. Domino's. Very nice !

I used to love sitting in the bar under the areca hotel on the corner of soi Diana and buekow. Just watching the people go by and looking at the crazy junction with soi lenke. I can see why you have only been pattaya a few times in two years. I prefer jomtien as well. Kungs opposite is good food as well
I used to live in Pattaya when I first came to Thailand, but I was in a relationship for a few years so not many visits into the city. 😐
I think that's called Nikom Court, it's the self-service bar, actually AT the crossroads ? Other corners being Subway, 7-11 and Tops-Daily (formerly Family-Mart). The Areca is about 100m down Soi Diana. And breakfast at Kung's is a must-try, IMO.
Trevor from Buzzin Pattaya just did an interview with Pang on his channel. Will try it out in the near future.
Burgers and bangers, a match made in heaven! Great price on the burgers, too. Why would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane? That street looks loaded with lots of good eats. One question I keep wanting to ask but keep forgetting. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic, do they have sugar free drinks there? Enjoyed the video, Heath.
Thanks, Dan. You would need to ask carefully and make sure they understand what type of drink you are asking for. Best to have a note on your phone properly translated in Thai and show the person serving you.

Yes, Coke Zero and sugar-free canned and bottle drinks are easily available in stores and 7-Elevens.

Had the Signature Burger (at 295 baht) last night, which is the very first selection on the menu. Very good, although I don’t quite understand why they do not offer choice of raw onions. They bring you a fork and knife, which you will need because it quickly falls apart, and then your hands are completely wet and greasy, which is OK!
I like the pickles they put inside (I usually do not like pickles in my burger). Wish they had comfortable air conditioned seating. I would recommend this place. I wear ear plugs when walking around Pattaya. You really need them here.
Edit, I got the price wrong by 100 baht. 195 baht is the correct price.

I have had that burger many times at night and yes for the Money there good but sometimes I get one where the meat is a little dry. Go try Primeburger special fantastic burger. Cheers

As a north american, I never found a "good" burger in THailand. Maybe this have to do with the fact that the meat... It's true that, for pizza and burgers: I never eat in Thailand. I have 6 moths to feed me here... I prefer thai, that's not good in Canada... Usually cooked by chinese immigrants.
