Dear fst3v0: Yes, my name REALLY is Dye. If you go to Ireland or Wales, you will find it to be a common name. The root of the name is from Dwyer. My father named me his nickname for Dwyer. You take the "D", "y" and the "e" out of Dwyer and sure and begorah you get "Dye". I actually went to Ireland and there were lots of men named "Dye". Here in the USA, it is very rare. Hey... at least it's unique! Thanks for your inquiry. "Dye the Safe Guy"
Great video Dye. I just bought a boat with an Atlas floor safe in the master suite. The boat came from an estate auction and the previous owner is deceased and there was no combo or key for the safe nor do I even see a key hole... is there any way i can get it open or remove it so I can replace it? thanks, Mike
I think the Hayman floor safe upgraded to the 1" door would be able to withstand hammer/sledgehammer attacks pretty well. You can take a look at them here. www.safeandvaultstore.com/safes/floor-safes/l/hayman-safe.html
SafeandVaultStore Hi, I have a question. I do have a floor safe in my house but nobody has the key for it. Is there a way to identify the safe/vault manufacturer to give them a call to come and open it or whatever the alternatives are. thanks
I would suggest calling a local locksmith or safe technician in your area. They can come look at the safe and most likely be able to make a key for your safe so that you can open it.
Hi, I thought if the floor safe was surrounded by concrete it would be fireproof, since heat rises.

Would hayman inground safe withstand a good beating on the door or are there better options? Thanks
