In addition, you will feel the whole new world and the pleasant atmosphere when you enter into the building premises however, nearby areas are not good. Finally, by far it is a good place to leave. I would recommend this place.
My cousin stays in Kandivali.. it was peaceful decade ago.. Development now is mind blowing.. mini Dubai sort.. tall buildings.. Only thing .. was decade ago.. mosquito problem in those area was like hell.. hope that is not so now..

In and around Mumbai getting a bungalow is almost impossible, that would cost around a 100 CR I guess.. under 1 CR.. 1 BHK or 1RK flats should be available

@@shahrs45 it's nearby metro station plus it's on link road which is a type of main road so the connectivity is excellent. Crowd is decent working class which is great. Many great lifestyle places and experiences are available. Overall its a great locality.
