I think if the locals are slow at a certain point you should take note of that and follow 😅. Pretty sure they know the area better than you or that maybe it's an accident prone area.

Luke, be careful of the rural road in PH… most of us loves to drive faster as we can but if local peep are in slow driving, there must be a reason to that. Beware of the blind spots as big vehicle such trucks are not separated from small vehicle lane and of the same road. anyways, have fun with your Dad in Coron! 🍻

You should visit Cebu in January for it's the biggest festival in the Philippines called Sinulog. You would surely enjoy it.
