did you have a decompression of the nerve or a transfer of a nerve from elsewhere in body and add it to your leg? Thanks for the answers, I'm in need of finding someone who can fix my drop foot. Thanks
Hi! I sprained my right ankle back in January. Since then I’ve fully lost mobility of my toes and have no dorsiflexion. I did physical therapy and that only helped me be able to bear weight. I’m really scared that I might not be able to walk normal again. I’m scheduled for an EMG soon but I feel I can’t no longer trust my doctor because in the past he dismissed all of my concerns about not been able to move my foot and toes. Is the foot drop only fixable through surgery?

bro i did nerve decompression surgery. I got fibular head fracture and now i am 2 months after the surgery. Nothing moment yet in my dorsiflexion movement but my doctor said me it takes time so i am doing physiotherapy by my own, outside it’s expensive and they do nothing just normal exercises. My foctor said i can recover. I am trying hard and also working at the end of the day we have to move on.
