Explaining life and death equals existential crisis? I'd tell this guy "if you stand for nothing you'll fall for anything... so choose something already"
A stranger actually tried to pick me up from my elementary school saying he was a friend of my parents and he was there to pick me up for them. I had such a bad feeling I politely declined and went inside and told the staff. They immediately notified my family and who said they never sent that guy to pick me up. The staff kept me in the office and walked me out when my actual ride came. The stranger was long gone. :x I was never warned about these things but I felt something was very off. I’m glad I didn’t get into the car with that man.
When I was fourteen and waiting for a traffic light while on my daily walk, a stranger got off of a bus, called out to me and approached while casually tucking a large roll of money into his pocket. He proceeded to try to get me to take his hand, and when I stepped back in fear (he was smiling sweetly but I could see something else in his eyes) he got in my face and tried to corner me against a signpost. Luckily the light changed at that moment so I went around him and crossed the street at a brisk walk. He didn't follow me, although he called out more sharply and then I heard him muttering something, probably a curse, to himself. As soon as I was out of his line of sight, I ran. I have an ingrained distrust in humanity and I had that bad feeling that you describe. But we're taught to default to trust, and I've met many a normal adult who isn't even aware that we have one of the highest crime rates in the US, and I can imagine that a young child, or someone with low situational awareness due to autism or something like that, might not have had that feeling.
@@wafflfries4163 alot of parents think one talk when little is enough . a lot are actually incompetent when it comes to understanding children, even with experience.
@fredfredburger5150 you have to find a common denominator when adding/subtracting fractions (in this case, it would be 21) and then multiply the numerator by what you needed (so 1/3 becomes 7/21 and 2/7 becomes 6/21) When multiplying you multiply straight across (2×1 and 7×3) and dividing you have to cross multiply first (2x3 and 7x1) THEN divide to get 6/7
@@fredfredburger5150Just take it on logic. You have two cakes, cut one in 7 pieces and the other in 3. Take some pieces and try to figure out what proportion of a whole cake you've got. It would obviously be easy if they were both cut into same amount of pieces: 7 and 7, then one pieces and two pieces give three pieces, out of 7. But they're not. But you're the one with a knife. If you cut every piece of the first cake into three pieces and then every piece of the second cake into seven pieces, suddenly you have two cakes cut into the same amount of pieces (3*7 or 7*3, which is 21). Now you only need to think how many pieces you take. In the first case, 1/7, you were meant to take one big piece, and since you cut them into threes, now of course you take three small pieces. Meaning you take 3/21. The same with the other cake, representing 2/3. You were meant to take two big pieces, but you cut each of them into 7 pieces, so you need to take 14 pieces to get the same amount of cake. So you get 17/21. (I just realised I counted 1/7 + 2/3 instead of 2/7 + 1/3. I would change it but I might mess it up and you'd get confused. The same logic applies in both cases. You can try 2/7 + 1/3 now and see if you get 13/21.).
I love how you can reverse-engineer the fraction problem at 3:05. My guess is it was to add 2/7 + 1/3. The answer is 13/21, but if you just add up the numerators and denominators, you'd get 3/10.

When I was in early elementary school a girl had a crush on me, but instead of actually telling me decided to kidnap me. So, one day, during a heavy downpour, she sees me alone waiting for my dad to pick me up. She walks up to me and says that her mother is supposed to babysit me and I had no reason to question her so walked with her to her house. Her plan fell apart when her mother asked why I was there. She got grounded, my dad was called, and I didn't realize until years later why she tried kidnapping me. Of course in my defense, I wasn't just dense. I had a thing for her a few months prior so one morning on the bus I said I wanted to tell her a secret, leaned in, and took that opportunity to kiss her left cheek. She immediately brought up her right hand to slap my left cheek. I walked away figuring she wasn't interested. In hindsight I think that because I didn't try anything for a few months afterwards that's why she got a crush on me. So, basically, we were both into each other but neither one of us knew how to communicate that, I stole a kiss and she tried kidnapping instead, and then we each assumed the other wasn't interested. It wasn't until I was 8 that I tried the direct approach with a girl. Anyway, one of the scenarios here reminded me of something that actually happened to me.
It actually happens. I was walking to school one day with my little brother and it was drizzling slightly. A guy in a van rocks up and offered us a ride. I was like No, the school is right there. And he said, dont worry, it's raining, I'll drive you up there. I said no again and he left.

For those of you wondering the fractions he was trying to add are 1/3 and 2/7
I love using my algebra in Zach's videos
I love how they acutally went to mcdonalds.
Let's hope that Zach from row 12C is able and willing to stop these kidnappers
He is not only willing but able to help stop these kidnappers
yeah the kidnappers would just pick up the kid and leave w them kicking and screaming
Lmao, it also low key kinda reminds me like Dora's "Swiper No swiping..Swiper No swiping!" 🤣🤣😂
It actually happens. I was walking to school one day with my little brother and it was drizzling slightly.
A guy in a van rocks up and offered us a ride. I was like No, the school is right there. And he said, dont worry, it's raining, I'll drive you up there. I said no again and he left.
