My dad passed about 6 1/2 years ago . We fished in Pensacola . My dad was good at several things and he was an-excellent fisherman and he taught me everything I know. I miss fishing with my dad. I am moving back to Pensacola in a week and plan to start fishing again. God is good.

I think I'm staying in the same place right now, did yall stay by the oyster barn off Cervantes? If so any tips on fishing the area? Sadly just fishing from land
Oh that’s awesome! Yea same place that we stayed at!! Unfortunately didn’t do any land fishing except from the dock for small pin fish for bait. We used small brim hooks and shrimp or squid to catch those guys. I notice slot of people fishing under the smaller bridges in the area though.

Our bay is very unique- lots of deep water spots for gulf species. Nice vid! I subscribed

Yea we’re using live at the beginning of the day but after an hour or 2 our bait died and still worked great!
