This Is Hands Down My FAVORITE PLACE To Fish! Fishing At The Beach Pier!

We had another eventful day on the beach pier! A few mishaps but all in all a very enjoyable day wetting a line and catching fish! Enjoy!

On this channel you will notice that we like to switch things up and do a little bass fishing also! Catching lots of pan fish like blue gill, stump knocker -war mouth, long eared sun fish and more! Not to forget about those tasty crappie!

Had many fond memories of fishing this pier in my grom days 2006-2007 when they just had the small shacks on the Pier. The older guy took me under their wings & showed me the ropes!

The jack cravalle break-off came after the shark, which begs the question,did you retie after the shark? That’s my guess as to why the leader broke.

It really depends on the style of fishing you're doing. If you are going to fish shallow, stop at the bait store on the way out and pick up a few pompano rigs. I would grab an assortment of salt water lures as well.

I typically fish with Carolina rig setups with live bait off Texas piers, but after watching your videos lures off the end of the pier seem to be the way to go. What test line do you use? I think I may have to restring a couple of mine for a higher pound test.

@@samuelozuna7034 20-25lb Power Pro. Go with something high visibility if you can. It helps you keep track of your line when fishing elbow to elbow with other anglers. You’ll have to play with your leader size to see what they are biting that day.
