I have the maximum rispect of the Pakistani mechanics, that work in these conditions, work well also. Please, next time before dismantling the final drive ass'y, open the oil level plug, so, when will reassembly , is a little bit more easy Good work Tks
Wow they are doing amazing work. They don’t have all the tool we have here in the states and they make it work. I love watching these types of video. Great job guys!!!
Charge so that it hurts. The field of work that you're working in justifies it. That's the way it is. You have to be compensated for the talents that you took the time to develop. Just like a doctor. Don't work for free, don't ask to be compensated. Simply demand what the repairs will cost.
This is a job that really shouldn't need to be done. This should be a lifetime part, something like a Caterpillar or Kubota wouldn't need a job like this done for 50 years. Maybe if they'd learn about grease these parts would last longer....
It all most looks like a old Dragster clutch ass. The first 350cc Honda I rebuilt froze from DIRT on the pump screen from a dirty working area. Next soap and water then a clean cloth to put the engine on last prime the oil pump.
Hamare paas Solar dash 3 excavator machine ha, hum ny us ky barey hub, plantry, brake wagera doosan machine ki lagani ha. Mehrbani farma kar rehnumai karen.
I wish I could afford to send a truck load of tarps to put on the dirt floor and tables, so they can work without risking their back. some safety shoes would not hurt either.
We've seen worse. They didn't do as much hammering as often seen. Not tops in cleanliness but headed in the right direction. Just double up on the cleaning time, wash off all the mud beforehand, use more brushes and kerosene, use softer hammers, maybe save up for a torque wrench or make one with a lever and spring scale, and you'll be doing fine.
They all kinda of CRUDE way of doing critical repairs. The tools used not the correct type of tools to be used, you don't have to go to school to know the type of tools required to do the job, just from experience and working every day doing the same thing over and over.
You failed capitalism school didn't you? Why put the money out on expensive tools that are only good for one job when your peons can do the job with regular tools.
@@bobdoughnut1585 you failed "capitalism school" too because you failed to recognize which places are economically prosperous and their typical work practices and which places are poor ****holes and their work practices. These blokes are obviously skilled and work hard, they are exploited though. There is someone in the background, not on The tools, who is not being fair to these men.

It is incredible to see that there are so many pieces of stuffs inside a small volume of a wheel hub
Hammering a bearing with a chisel use a brass punch at least...
Clutch & pressure plates within the hub-looks like a fun wheel bearing replacement.
It's nice to have a good crew...on time & sober & attentive to the need at hand is of value all over the world
BRASIL.👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love your content. It's always relaxing and inspiring. 🥰🥰🥰
Don't take your inspiering from these, but some pros instead.
Why don’t they repack with grease?
muita sugeira deveria lavar antes de iniciar a desmontagem

Where is the hydraulic piston that presses the clutch pack???
I thought your supposed to pack bearings before install? Looks like only lubrication used was gas.
I'm envious. Their ability is amazing to me.
Like the jack sprrow this Pakistan bro.
buy some proper drifts, chisels and hooks, they will make your job easier and quicker.

This machine is probably 50 years old by the looks of it
I think that is a planetary type, no need for grease because gear oil will lubricate the bearings
We wear steel toe boots for these jobs I pity them and I pray that the 150 lbs axle and bearings won't fall on their toes
BOMM TRABALHO
Yup careful to not spill any oil on the ground

they need to spread a little asphalt.
