I would use Mr.Muscle over cleaner on the EGR.

What could you say, that if the problem occurs, within a month? You are cleaning the DPF, but in standard, it should clean it out itself. Same error code. I would reccon it can not do it, cause of faulty temp sensor or pressure sensor?

Mine has a judder every now and then usullay about 1500 rpm warm or cold. Getting worse.

Don’t you need to set new values to the throttle body ? after taking it apart .Could be why it still running roughly.

It won't remove carbon that's as thick as that
