I think the Czech pavilion received the first award for design. Actually, all pavilions did their utmost to project their best image. The result was, going around the Expo 67 site was like reading a poem.
Far to much interest in the Thai pavilion. The fair had a high ratio of good design compared with other fairs. What a extraordinary effort went into it. Many years.
