I remember the plastic stringing as seating throughout the Minirail network, and that your (kid) bits would eventually slip through and become snared and thus uncomfortable...I still can't decide if this was designed for the purpose of turnover so that fairgoers not ride its trains too long or/and to hasten their drying from rainy spells
