The Burlingame Park Neighborhood in Burlingame, CA

Welcome to Burlingame Park, which is Burlingame's most exclusive neighborhood. Why is it so sought after? For a few reasons? Number one, you're super close to downtown Burlingame and Burlingame Avenue. Just a few blocks, depending on where you are in the neighborhood. Surrounded by El Camino to one side and Hillsborough on the other side. Burlingame Park is also super popular because you have large lots. You have tree-lined streets, it's all perfectly pancake flat, and you just get really big historic homes. In fact, it's the only neighborhood in Burlingame that has a historic designation. Other than that, the neighborhoods anchored by Pershing Park, which a very beautiful park. It's on the smaller size, but it's definitely appropriate for the neighborhood and has the only kids basketball hoop in all our Burlingame, just a little bit lower. Unfortunately your map is only showing half of Burlingame Park. The section on the other side of Hillsboro City Hall it’s just as nice and part of a classic estate.

Eric, that’s a fair point. That area according to MLS is within Burlingame Park but practically speaking it doesn’t feel like as it’s more like Easton Addition in my view. And when you look at the old maps of Burlingame Park, which are super neat, you can see clearly where the boundaries were back then.
