Raziel, this video is spot on! I’ve encountered every issue you mentioned with our recently purchased home in Burlingame. We keep telling ourselves that the benefits to the town will eventually outweigh the upfront repair costs 😢. By the way, do you have a stucco company you recommend?

Thanks Yenting! Sorry to hear you’ve had all these issues. It can be challenging with many older homes here in Burlingame. We once had fungus/dryrot damage on an older home we renovated and then had to stucco it again too. I don’t recall who we used since it was a while ago, but if you drop me a note I can ask my GC who he currently recommends.
