    1) You need to have good communication skills
    2) Financial modeling skills are essential for getting into private equity

Studying long hours to achieve Something great, then Working long hours to achieve something great. At the end of the day what is 'Great'?. Where does this restless/ stressful journey end?. Being a CA Final student the very fact about a Post Qualification life still demanding sacrifices haunts me!

Dont worry, the jobs mentioned in the video are very front end and client facing roles(consulting and PE), these are horribly difficult to get into, you need rank/strong articleship background and clear the interview(consulting interviews are very hard in general), So what I want to tell you is not all the jobs are this demanding, traditional fields of a CA like audit, tax, etc doesn't want you to work these many hours and they are not stressfull tho.

      There is no end
If you cannot enjoy the journey, the path itself is wrong for you
Cause the end is death, everything prior to that is the journey

that's the 100% true... I also feel the same... but if we stop to get knowledege and exprience, we will become the useless qualified chartered accountant over period of time... and getting continuous knowledege and exprience, it requires some sacrifices or may be stressfull journey. All matter is how we tackle the situations and adding some fun.

In the beginning of the interview arjun talks about what kinda of hires BCG is looking to hire. rankholders from CA and MBAs from IIM, IIT etc... from top colleges. MBA from average college is not worth it man in the long run, if the fees of this college is anywhere between 20 to 30 lacs. Better do CA, because it's very low fees compared to MBAs from IIMs and the job opportunity is enormous.
