Recommendation for the future - do a vid just only on the setting up of the new equipment and share the pros and cons. this will also allow you to get the attention of the manufacturer and they ...well perhaps will approach you. 2nd segment would be putting the new equipment to the test and how you feel about it. You have a lot of fantastic sharing opportunity on your experience. Looking forward to it.
WOW !!! I actually thought it was a "Thunder Cat" !! More room, more fuel ...... Bigger Fishing Adventures !!!! Can't wait to see you get some scales in the New Boat !!!!
I think these boats are awesome. It will take me some time, but this is what I will buy for a dingy when I get the money. I have a 32' Freedom sailboat and this is the perfect dinghy for an older person like me. That scoop in the back makes it much easier to get in and out of the dinghy from the water. That was what clinched it for me.
I love the powerfisha 14 and use mine almost every weekend but uou're right about the issues the challanges it poses. It can be a bit hard placing it back on top of the car after a long trip or pulling it further from the water when camping so the tide doesnt reach it. I can't wait to see how your new boat performs on a fishing trip. Keep us posted.
I found this video looking for a boat like yours and found one of your old videos lol. Could you do a full review of the new one including the motor you upgraded to? I would appreciate it.
@@prescottmajette5290 since you're a recent subscriber I must warn you - watching his videos made me buy a fishing kayak. But that's not really a bad thing
@@professorvannostrand2194 haha yeah you're not wrong. I've been here since the early days too, and was always a boat/landbased guy. Have now sold the boat and own 2 kayaks, best thing I ever did
@@professorvannostrand2194 I hear you, but luckily I am all good in the boat department, no place to keep one and my brothers got a tinny I can use whenever
Nice little boat Rod. These inflatables are deceptively stable and durable. Will be much better than kayak and skiff for trips away. Could even tow the yak with you. Looking forward to see how you set it up. 👍👍
I love watching your videos. So relaxing. Although I'm here at the Arctic Circle, I've tried fishing up here but only in the Summer months. I tried seal hunting in the Spring with some Inuit friends. Still -50 degrees celsius up here.
LOVE IT how u Aussies just use an obvious box cutter to open the package . An American doing this will be whipping out his hand crafted EDC survival or tactical knife. Looks amazing... the boat and the video editing !
Wicked setup Rod! Love the idea of being able to deflate it and pack it away in the car and at 35kg it would be easy to manage. Can't wait for the camping adventure vid!
67K subscribers and 76K views. Clearly you are making interesting videos and I'm always surprised you don't have more subscribers. Hope you get a lot more soon! Thanks for making and sharing this!
Hey Rod. I been following you for a couple of years now. Seen you evolve from kayak to skif to small boat. Always exited to see the next adventure. Hope you will still do kayak days. That said I can't wait to see you rock this baby. Tight lines mate.
Awesome new piece of kit Rod. Looks like it can really get up and go and handle well. Enjoy. Looking forward to an adventure on the new craft. Congratulations. Regards fro Melbourne. Cheers. Jeff 👍😀🐠🐟🛥
Remarkable how much filmography without a mention of models, boat and motor. Devoid of specifications, addons, setup, inflation and unpacking ! A veritable desert of usable information. !
Awesome, Rod! She looks a treat👌 It'll add a whole new dimension to your fishing trips & those extended camping epics. Looking forward to seeing it unfold.
I love your new toy Rod. Fantastic piece of gear. Makes for more great videos mate. I was impressed with the stability in the tight circle shots from the drone. Impressive stuff. I can see many more videos coming up soon.
Awesome video RodKITKIT !! I love the New Boat RodKITKIT !! Thanks for the videos RodKITKIT !! Keep up the amazing work RodKITKIT !! And Thanks for putting you hard work into these videos for us RodKITKIT !! Cheers William !!
Mini thunder cat is a nice boat Watch a few thunder cat racing videos u will notice the sit at the back when it’s calm and the wind tunnels under the wing deck and creates less drag

Hello RoKKit Kit! You are a legend my man! Always looking for ways to get small mobile boats on the water and you keep bringing out the best I’ve seen! Keep up the good work
Dude such a huge fan! All the respect in the world to you. Please keep up with the gear videos!! Definitely like hearing the input. All of your knowledge helps me out
Nice boat Rokkit perfect for what you need and i really like the wheels of the back makes it very mobile. Looking forward to some big fish action from you in the near future, be careful out on the water.🐠🐡
Hey Rod, another fantastic upload! been watching your videos for a long time and watching your channel grow, appreciate the effort and time you put into this with your busy life 🤙
cheers mate, yea will see how well it handles the water up front... good thing is the floor is higher then water lever and it just drains off the back under the transom.👍
this looks like the perfect rig to drop crab pots up here in norcal. small enough to throw on my truck bed too! i spend too much money after watching this channel lol. all the best rod! have fun👍🏼
With the open transom at the back and the pontoons holding the deck higher then the water level the water drains straight out the back, like a lifesavers boat. My new boat has an even bigger drain so it’s pretty much unswampable👍
Looks like a normal transom to me, plus the water wouldn’t just flow past that cooler (esky)? Personally I’d be super worried about cresting a wave and going nose first into the next one at least with that setup
Wait! What! Where is the previous video of testing? Looks the part for what you do and could easily fit your family for a cruise in sheltered waters 👍 also some good camping and offshore work, i hope you are packing lots of memory for the videos of your trip😉 and can't wait for the specs on it's setup. Tyvm for another great video.
yea the first test trip was not very exciting stuff just me adjusting things. Was fun to get the family out on it though... yep lots more vids to come👍
Hi Mate, great boat, I've gone from wanting to buy a Stealth kayak, to the Microsoft, but then I've got two young kids and no place to stow a boat, so decided looking at inflatables including this one and just ended up buying a Kaboat 470XL which should be delivered any day now. In process of buying a outboard -9.9hp4stroke. Maybe I will see you out there once I'm setup as I'm also on the GC. Enjoy

NOICE!! BOAT, i have the same esky and it is great, haven't tried it in summer yet, but solo camping trip i got 9 days out of block ice, not party ice

What boat does he have and how long

Good news they ship to the US and comes in cheaper than one of the high end kayaks here future plans now for sure!

You should install a kayak seat and a cushion on top of the esky for comfort on long trips
The front curves on the boats makes a nice bed 🤔🤙 .keep it up
haha, I thought the same thing the first time I blew it up😆 if you had a tarp over it you could. just camp in it. Might even give it a go 👍
Really like the new rig can't wait to see what is next always enjoy your vids. Have a good weekend and stay safe Jimmy from Massachusetts
