Hey guys, yeah you certainly did get a great beach front spot, awesome! The boat looked perfect for you guys, hope it's had lots of use. We'll catch you next week. Enjoy the week ahead, safe travels, Lyn ❤
Thanks Lyn, was such a good spot, the inflatable will certainly allow us to explore the water so I'm happy. Love hearing from you, catch you next week.
Loved the ep guys, looks like a great spot! Caravanning =‘s compromising so great choice re the inflatable & still being able to have a boat in your setup!
We were almost ready to purchase one of those boats but we ended finding an awesome boat. 30kgs only. It’s called a Porte-Bote. Folds up flat like a SUP board. Came with a 5hp motor. Does 15kms easy. We’re so happy with it, especially only takes 10 minutes for us to set up and in the water.
Hey guys, what a fantastic camp on the beach 🏝️ I really enjoyed watching this vlog as the content had the right mixture of fun, interesting facts and useful information. It’s great to see you back out on the water doing what you love. I reckon the kids would be thrilled as well! The new boat is a great compromise to the tinny, well done! Thanks for sharing and looking forward to next week’s episode as I’m also keen to see what this fighting marlin size fish did to your boat 🛶 take care and stay safe. Corrie
@@SvedosTrippin they suggest to inflate the potions to 2 psi and the floor to 8 psi then finish off with the hand pump to the required 3 and 10 psi respectively.
Great Vlog. Loved Kaylee's comment "Look at the teeth on that fish!" Glad ur enjoying your inflatible & what a top spot right on the beach. Living the dream❣️Look forward to the next vlog.🥰
Hey Brett, enjoy watching you travels so keep up the great work. I have a disco 330 that I take with me when I take my van, I’m in the position that my weights are good and have an aluminium folding trailer that gives me so much more options. I noticed that the bridle that you had attached should really be attached to the “D” rings on the top and bottom of each pontoon. I brought one of the bags from True Kit, it wasn’t the heavy duty type and let me down very quick and was disappointed with it, since then I have had the seat bags made locally (central Queensland) and can not fault them, I can pass the manufacturer on to you if you are interested, (they are so much cheaper as well) All the best Brian Taylor
Hey Brian, thanks for the tip re. the bridle, I will correct that on my next outing. Would be very interested in the contact details for the under seat storage you went with, hopefully they can post to WA 😁
Good boat mate. Its ok for your axle weight but how is it for your manufacturers roof rack weight? Both the cars rating and the roof rack itself? Hate to be the kill joy, but If you check out most car and roof rack ratings, there is actually very little that you can actually safely carry on the rack.....e.g. most roof top tents vastly exceed the ratings.
Awesome! How goods that beach camp, you definitely lucked out there. Liking the new boT, its a compromise but it works thats what is important. Thanks for another awesome vid
Not sure if it's been pointed out to you yet but you have your bridle connected up wrong there are 2 connections under the bow connect 2 of your bridle clips to those one on each side and it will be better to pull along nice rig hope to have my own one in the future
Great episode I love the boat, I had the same size with a V hull, on the floor of the dingy I put mod grass on the floor and it worked a treat, and I never had one problem again. And the other thing you don’t slip when you’re fishing 🎣. Have a wonderful week .🐬🎣🐬🎣🐬
New boat looks awesome (and fun) Noted you using a 18v Ryobi on the jockey wheel - maybe save a few pennies for one of their 18v compressors ? The camping site looks fantastic Cheers
Lost a tooth Owen🤣love the short hair Kaylee, suits you. Nice boat Brett, sometimes you gotta compromise but glad you'll be back out there and in weight range. Liked your glasses to Mel, very sounky.

Great substitute for a boat 🎉 know how Devo you were to get rid of it! So good to see how much fun you're all having. Great video loved the shells 😍
thanks guys, its a compromise, but one i'm willing to live with. Thanks for watching and commenting.

it worked out all right in the end didn't it. The inflatable is very capable.

Yeah, they aren't a bad unit those porta boats.
Broome is full of crooks 😂😂😂
Congrats on the new boat.

hahah thanks for watching, maybe not marlin sized but was still a good fish, hope we don't disappoint.
Forgot to mention that I purchased the 12v air pump from True Kit, I removed the clips and fitted an Anderson plug for ease of connection to the car
Ok sweet, funny, true kit say not to inflate with an electric pump, but they sell an electric pump 🤣.

Yeah, grass on the floor was suggested by my dad as well. I think we will look for a nice big mat to put on the floor to protect it.
@@SvedosTrippinI totally agree ,you have a great setup now.👍😎🎣🎣
Good to see you sorted out the boat fiasco. Can I ask what brand of sunnies you are both using? Pretty cool!

Great idea, thanks. The camping sire was about as good as they get, bloody loved it there.

Kaylees hair is already much longer 😫
no kill coord on your wrist?
Hey guys
Was there in ‘04 with 1 other 4x on the beach
No charge
Man how times change
Yeah, sometimes I wish I was born 40 years earlier and got to experience things before too many people.
I bet we see a compressor in future
Haha, I use the blower to take it to 90% and finish it off with the pump now.
Hi guys, new to your channel and loving the videos! Just wondering what size the outboard is on the inflatable? Cheers
Welcome aboard! Haha see what I did there 😄. It's a Merc 15, 2 stroke.
Any cavitation which other people have complained about ?
Yeah, there is a fair amount of cavitation. The other people are correct.
Hey buddy, what motor are you using there?
@@tuco8723 that's a merc 15 2 stroke.
dry bag - various sizes for storage ?
that's an option for sure
What is the weight difference between boats?
New inflatable weighs 45kg.
The old tinny was probably around 115kg.
Love you guys but hey ..your wife is definitely not a whinger..please don't patronise her
