      @@db3sriskitornot540 But that's all work ultimately is. Getting as much money out of your boss as possible or getting as much money out of your employees as possible. It's an adversarial relationship by its very nature. If I won the lottery or saved up enough money or got a big fat inheritance, why would I go to work?

    Very good information. It is true that there is a significant difference between engagement and satisfaction. An engaged employee is always productive despite the challenges and failures.

    Thought provoking stuff! Especially the part showing that based on research, only 2% of 44 year olds are creative, vs 98% of 5 year-olds are creative. I’m sure glad that a group of 5 year-olds clearly made this video, and not a bunch of uncreative Thought Leaders who don’t even know how to row properly

    When your employers turn into dictators they shouldn't expect anything less than total disengagement. You reap what you sow. Our boat is the Tintanic II and has already crashed into an iceberg and is sinking fast.
