Thanks for putting this video out...I wished you put this out two weeks ago when i was doing my heavy research for a summer fragrance. But no worries, I already got colongnise a week ago, and I love it. Safran is on the way in the mail... it should be here Wednesday. This video will probably cause the fragrance to be sold out everywhere, so I'm glad I got mine early. Colognise is a beautiful fragrance for spring and summer and my wife loves it on me.

Nishane is one of my favorite houses. My personal favorite is Ani. I bought Hacivat from when it was your favorite and you were starting to like Ani. Fan your Flames is great too. They are all put together so well and project. You explain how and when they work where I can understand. I appreciate that.

How do you experience Ani? I got a decant and was kind of disappointed, as I expected lots of vanilla, but it's kind of more green-spicy-gingery with slight weak vanilla vibes in the background to my nose.

    • @pauran58
      @pauran58 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@PG-qn8od Sorry to hear. I get spicy and creamy lemon. It's uplifting and the lemon, I don't find, fading away. It's nice and tangy. I find each note staying a good while. It took a while cause my nose don't pick up everything the first , second....

Imo safran is in the top 5 maybe 3 from the house out of the 15 I own . and can be worn all year. I'm not as into clean florals but the original is also really good for what it is. ..I might like it more if it got hotter where I live 🤔

For me Colognise is the freshest cleanest scent I have in my collection. It does remind me a bit of Bergamote 22 but they are different enough to own both.

Nishane is one of my favorite niche brands because they're fragrances smell natural, are long lasting and potent. Favorite is probably wulong cha. Like your review on these two because these aren't as common as other Nishane's fragrances. Hope I win. From Fl thanks!

Last year I bought a 12-sample Nishane discovery set from Luckyscent, and I was able to try various different fragrances like the animalic Afrika-Olifant, to the vanillic Hundred Silent Ways, to the original Colognise for the very first time! They all last a long time on skin which is to be expected as they're all extrait de parfum, different fragrance profiles project more than others like Tuberoza with it's powerful floral profile and Sultan Vetiver with its inescapable vetiver nuances. If I had to choose one favorite from the set, it would be Fan your Flames, it's a very attractive masculine, fruity, boozy-woody scent that I'm sure once I finish the sample, I'd want a full bottle! Speaking of Safran Colognise, I've been eyeing this one since Colognise is a nice cologne-style scent for sure, but leaves me desiring a little more nuance as I experience it. It having fruity and even leathery nuances compared to the original makes me really intrigued to get a sample of it at the very least, once I finish a sample or 2 of the set I already got. It's so cool to have your opinion on this one that I was previously interested in. Almost tempted to blind buy it?! I already spent good money ordering some fragrances this past week though! lol Very grateful for this opportunity to win the giveaway, I live in California!

Thanks for the opportunity...Virginia, USA!

A great comparison of the two. Haven't smelled either, but the original Colognise sounds about perfect for the kinds of summers we're experiencing these days. Ultra, face-melting scorchers with a side of heat stroke. 😄 I know, not funny. But certainly true. Interested in those musky touches too. Appreciate the recommendations near the end! I'm generally a fan of the brand (Sultan Vetiver is my fav), but there are still a few that I haven't tried like Wulong Cha and Ambra Calabria. Can't wait for tomorrow's vid! MI, Usa

I have Safran Colognisé but I have to be honest, I don’t find it pleasant. It’s almost too warm and leathery and there’s some in there that smells like weed in a skanky way. I think I’d enjoy it more if it was sweeter. Also the saffron in here makes it smell like a magazine. Does not smell good in tropical heat imo. I still want to try the original though.

I want to become more familiar with cologne-style fragrances and with Nishane. Over the past month and a half I’ve picked up about nine bottles from this house, and I’m really really enjoying them overall.
The scents and quality are amazing, the presentation and packaging I really well done, the performance is great, just really loving this house right now.
I would say the two most obvious answers would be Hacivat and Ani, but they’re only obvious because they are amazing fragrances and everybody loves them (except my wife and daughter hated Hacivat),
But Ambre Calabria is fantastic, Zenne is A little sleeper that nobody talks about but I seem to like more and more and more each time I wear it, and Nefs is playing in a league all its own.
I smelled Saffron and wasn’t crazy about it so I would definitely love to get my nose on the original.

I love Nishane fragrances and own some of them (Ani, Nishaneshe, Florane, Hundred Silent Ways, and Zenne. There are more I would love to have but not buying any until I pay these off (Afterpay is a good thing and a bad thing).

Great review, Sebastian! Sounds like Safron one would be a better choice for me with the safron- leather twist. Still getting ready to buy my first Nishane, which, obviously, would be Hachivat. But winning Safron would be even better. From Hollywood, Florida. Thanks!

Thanks for the awesome review. I'm a sucker for saffron, so, Safran Colognise (fresh leather?) would be my choice. Loved your description. My fave Nishane frag is Ani but then, I have yet to try these? Love the performance and quality of their products! Illinois!!

Just started getting into this house, last year bought my first 50ml bottle of Ambra Calabria. It’s is my favorite signature scent for the summer, so can only imagine what the rest of the line has to offer! Brooklyn, NY

Great review Sebastian. I always wondered what the difference was between these 2. Sounds like the original Colognise would be my choice for Summer but it doesn't sound like you can really go wrong with either. My favorite Nishane goes back and forth between Ani and Hacivat depending on my mood. I was excited to hear that something in Colognise reminds you of Hacivat a bit. Looking forward to the next list with a couple inexpensive choices thrown in! Greetings from here in Ohio.

Both beautiful in their own unique way really delighted to have them both only critiques for me are flimsy packaging, bottoms of boxes can easily give way and labels for sure so similar one can easily grab wrong fragrance.for the price should have done better.great review Sebastian peace out ✌️

I just love Jorge Lee's citric work with Nishane. Some of the best around.
Favorite , well that has to be the work's from Mr Lee , either Wulong Cha or Ambra Calabria. It's hard to chose .
I haven't sampled Hundred Silent Ways , B-612 , nor the Colognise , but I will go to SoAdvatgaurd and get some samples.
    Ohio , USA .
Thank you to you Sebastian , Nishane , and So Avant-Garde for the giveaway.
    Edit.
I just ordered using your code Sebastian . I got three samples Ani , of which I haven't sampled yet either,
and B-612 and Safran Colognise. The didn't have Colognise .
That would be my choice to win also . Colognise.
Again, thank you , eddie .

Never tried this brand of perfume. I like saffron scented perfumes. I like how you explain the fragrance notes and how weather can affect the scent. The saffron perfume would be my choice. Will be interesting to see how it layers with some of my other perfumes. I'm in the state of Arkansas.

I found out a lot of great brands on your TH-cam channel , Not Nishane . I was introduced to this great brand because of client of mine. I’m a Barber , and one day this guy came into my saloon with the BEST tea fragrance I’ve ever smelled Wulong Cha . Long story short bought a bottle the next day.Class in a bottle- that’s what Wulong Cha is.
Safran Colognise checks all the boxes, and also is a bit of a departure from my favorite Nishane, Wulong Cha.
    Thanks for the opportunity

Great video, Sebastian. Nishane is a perfume brand that is popular among the fragrance community. I own Hacivat and Safran Colognise both which I love. I have sampled Afrika Olifant and Ambria Calabria both are great. I would love to try the Colognise especially because I need a long lasting citrus fragrance for the hot climate. Thanks, Sebastion...From Texas

Hello. I have doubts between colognise and safran colognise.. already have some citrus fragrances, but thinking to get safran colognise, and to wear that one also in the summer. did you wear it during summer? and how was it? smell and performance? thanks

Hi! My favorite is Ani. I am now interested in exploring this brand further. Thank for explaining the difference with the two. I want a new fresh scent for the summer and will give Orange Sanguine from Atelier a break. I was going to purchase by the lemon tree from Margiela but will try to sample today's mentions before I decide.

Is there any difference on the bottle between the two?
I just got Safran one. It does say Safran with a batch code but it smells exactly like the original Colognise. Exactly. Almost like a watered down version of the original.

Sebastian your reviews are always so good,i you feel like i need to buy , or at least try most of the fragrances you’re reviewing.
Bought 24 fragrances because of your recommendations during the years . 💵👱‍♀️
I too love Nishane, Fan Your Flames is sensational . Deep . rich , potent . I’m so glad i own it.I like my fragrance deep , rich and potent , and to project . That’s one of the reasons i like Nishane so much.
Safran Colognise it's more a) unique b) powerful c) captivating
    Cheers from VA🥃
