I had the TP199 version of these. Worked the first season but the second season they were junk. The pad material stayed soft and wouldn't harden on impact. Not sure if it's because they were in my van over winter in cold temps maybe??? Emailed EVS support about it and no response. Can't buy these every year if they only last that long
I wash mine every now and again. If they fall apart I'll just buy another set. Awesome pads. Yes 200bucks is a lot but... the flexible protection is worth it. Hate my plastic set.

Yup I get 3-6 months out of the tp199s riding twice a week
