I am applying for a UK EB-2 NIW visa. However, I'm unsure about the I-140 filing address since it asks me to choose between two groups of states. As I do not have an employer, I am not sure which filing address to select.

without becoming a manager none of EB-1 , EB-2 will never work out. Else you need a lot of research stuff . Normal engineer has no hopes :(

Hello ma’am, I got selected in H1B CAP FY23, in Oct’22 I got my petition approved and valid till Sep’25 with Employer-A, Visa stamping not done and I did not get chance to travel to US with Employer-A and now in Oct’23 I switched to Employer-B and asking them to transfer my H1B from Employer-A and give me travel before Sep’25 i.e. petition end date, am I correct? Can I travel with Employer-B if they are able to transfer my H1B to their name? And is Employer-B eligible to get my h1b transferred to their name?
