The Castella Cake scene is quite hot and new in Indonesia and it has sprouted a couple of their own unique brands of castella cake shops
We started our journey with the bakery furthest from our hotel which was Momoiro bakery and boy does it has tons of castella cake flavors! It has the most flavours of any castella cake shop we have visited so far

At minute 11 i saw the employee at the back warping his hand all the way to upper half of his hand. I believe he was about to stir large amount of batter. I think its more hygienic where most castella shop Baker mostly do not do that. ☺

LOL.. never occurred to me it sounds sad. It was the sound of a nearby shopkeeper offering the merchandise and soliciting passersby to come to her stall. It's one of the typical "intonations" they usually use in markets, bazaars, etc.
