@@athos9293 no in the current form it has no use at all. It´s a streight up damage loss, doesn´t really build up stun and all follow ups can be accessed faster. Even PR with a damage buff would not be as broken as in Iceborne since you can not back hop omnidirectional anymore. Perfect Rush in the current state is worse than Sunbreak PR
@@Ares_MH If you want to backhop-dodge and then close the distance again, you can use the first hit of PR and then chain it into another input. I'm unsure if you can do the traditional advancing slash from the backhop though, that would probably be better for the situation i just described. Well, screw it, PR still looks badass and we don't know how good it will be with element, status, affinity or eventual buffs to MV's and stun values
There is a bunch of good new things with wild sns like perfect guard, focus attack into mounts, focus aim to reposition fast etc.. but I don't get how they didn't see how perfect sns was in sunbreak and just simply copy it. I hope there is switch skills but I'm betting there isn't. I don't like world's draw attack, perfect rush's attack speed and poor indicator of timed button presses, and roundhouse slash being slow and not impactful. The new things are amazing but the old things are so meh.
That's because the roundslash isn't the main finisher it was in the old games, now it's the spinning reaper and its charged version. I thought perfect rush was OK, but to each their own.
Atleast spinning reaper and PR sky launch finisher is back, and the new downward stab multi-hit attack its just rise's sns multi-hit stab lmao, just with different animation
You can cancel perfect rush attacks into another back hop???
PR needs a buff if they want us to use it
