Gosh that fried tapioca is one of my faves! And that is so uniquely Singaporean!! Good lord, lor ark... My mum made it a lot so I literally had it on tap. I've actually been eating at Tian Tian for decades, I might be tempted to try Ah Tai next time. Good lord... I used to head over the border to Johor for seafood... Just as good but at half the price.
