If you're born in any of the places that speak the languages on the list, it's just your mother tongue. You have the entirety of your childhood to learn and master it.

Hungarian and Finnish are both category 2 languages like Latvian and Estonian, and they are not even close to the hardest languages ever lol, they both use the Latin alphabet and the spelling is pretty light and the pronunciation is easy and most words are pretty and naturally easy to memorize, so the lists with the ‘hardest languages ever’ are usually incorrect - the hardest languages ever are Chinese languages and Japanese which are category 10 languages with impossible characters and tones and Arabic and Korean which are category 9 languages and Thai and Vietnamese and and Indian languages and Navajo and other similar languages which are category 8 and category 7 languages and languages with clicks which are category 6, and some of the hardest European languages are Russian and Greek which are category 5 or a bit harder and Polish and Czech which are category 4 with very heavy spelling!
Besides, the truly smart choice is to only choose to learn the pretty and easy languages, as opposed to trying to learn non-pretty languages that have mostly non-pretty words and impossible written systems that aren’t fun to learn, and, choosing wisely (only the pretty and easy languages) is the key to being a successful polyglot - the easiest and prettiest languages ever are the Germanic languages and the modern Celtic languages which are category 1 languages with the most memorable words and the lightest and most organized spelling, except for Irish and Scottish Gaelic which have a category 3 spelling with lots of vowel clusters and letter combinations that have very different sounds tho most of their words are quite easy to learn and they are still on the easy side, especially when compared to the languages that are truly hard and the hardest, and Slovene and the true Latin languages such as Galician / Portuguese / Spanish / Latin / Italian / French / Esperanto / Guernsey / Occitan / Friulian / Pretarolo / Sardinian / Catalan / Sicilian / Venetian / Gallo / Ladin / Walloon and the other Italian-based languages are also easy category 1 languages, and, the prettiest languages ever are Norse / Icelandic / Dutch / English / Gothic / Norwegian / Faroese / Danish / Welsh / Breton / Cornish / Forn Svenska etc which are also the easiest and the most fun to learn and speak and hear and see etc, so I highly recommend learning them 2gether!
I highly recommend learning the prettiest languages ever Norse / Icelandic / Dutch / English / Gothic / Norwegian / Faroese / Danish / Welsh / Breton / Cornish / Forn Svenska etc which are also the easiest and the most fun to learn and speak and hear and see etc, and also Hungarian and Slovene and Latvian which can also be learnt 2gether with them, and, the prettiest Latin languages are Galician and Latin and Occitan and Portuguese and Gallo, so they are also a great option and can be learnt 2gether with the others - I am learning 25+ languages at the moment, and I prioritize the prettiest languages the most, and am close to advanced level in Icelandic tho still upper intermediate level in Icelandic and Norse and German and advanced level in Norwegian and upper advanced level in Dutch and mid intermediate level in Welsh / Swedish / Portuguese / French / Italian and writer level in English and native speaker level in Spanish and beginner level in my other target languages, and learning languages is real fun as I am only learning pretty words and pretty languages, so I am always looking forward to learning more pretty words!

Tagalog, in terms of speaking it, is not necessarily difficult but it’s the grammar which makes it difficult because it considers vastly different structures compared to English

Well...kinda? While I cannot speak for the other languages the hungarian translation is very odd and "Hello. Follow him, if you can read it" would be a better translation.
"Kövesd" means follow him, while the correct one would be "kövess", meaning follow me. Also the "ha el tudod olvasni" part means "if you can read it".
The correct way to say "Hello. Follow, if you can read this" would be "Helló. Kövess, ha el tudod ezt olvasni" or "Helló. Kövess, ha el tudsz olvasni" meaning "Helló. Follow, if you can read me"(this makes sense in hungarian).
