Great question. It seems like after some quick research, there wasn’t much information about it. I just bought a cable, it will be here Thursday. Check back for an update on whether it works or not.

I have a 70d just ordered the camvate cage. So should i not attach it to the cold shoe on the 70d? Will there be any wiggle if I don't attach there? I want a v mount battery setup but this cage doesn't have rail attachments? Did you find anything the works with this cage and 70d?

Where did you get the DC to DC cable? I bought the Ninja V but it didn't had that cable.

My apologies if I said this incorrectly in the video. the Dc cable I have going from my power is actually going to my dummy battery for the EOS R. The Ninja V is DC to D-tap, this may have came with your purchase.
