Here is a tour of an adorable apartment located in Richardson, TX.
1 bedroom with 1 bathroom plus a Study.
All appliances included.
We Toured Windsor Cityline Apartments.
I love Richardson. It is centrally located in Dallas right off HWY 75. This area would be for Plano ISD.
Close to shops, restaurants and Northpark Mall. I have a tour of the mall as well on my Channel.
This is where I 1st stayed when I moved to Texas 12 years ago so this area holds a special place in my Heart.

If at all possible could you tour the Adair off Addison, in Addison, Tx (North Dallas)?
I was due to visit in July but My trip was canceled because of the rise in cases.
Considering relocating from Chicago to Dallas -Spring of 2021.
Hey! If you want me to do a specific tour you can book that service and I will go and send it to you. But my apt checks will be random places for the most part.

Great video thank you for all your doing. Me and my family is still highly thinking about moving to Texas. My only worry is child care. We have a soon to be 2 year old and I'm nervous about child care. I do have 3 older children but asking them to babysit is like pulling teeth and my oldest might not even come with us to Texas. She's 23 so you know how that goes lol

Thanks for sharing. This takes a lot of time and effort so greatly appreciate it .There's a brand new Apartment that has partially opened in Frisco called Kilby. I would love if you can tour it and if you can perhaps do drive by tours of different areas such as Allen...Frisco..etc just like you did in this one. It will defo benefit many of us viewers. Also since I've been planning to move there i did an analysis of the top apartments in Frisco/Allen area. Would love to share it with you if you like.
Also from during my analysis i also reviewed customer reviews for the top best apartments in DFW Texas especially the Frisco and Allen and surrounding areas. I discovered even the top best apartments have poor management and they seem to have issues with pest control and management of the place which incredibly tars their reputation. Many of those apartments looks beautiful but its made me feel a bit nervous to rent out considering even the more expensive ones or those which range from 1000 to 1700 have issues. Is this a common issue with apartments there? Would love to hear your experiences of renting out in Texas.

Thanks for this video, your content is great! The Apartment is very nice, but I think if you did more apartment tours at different rent scales/areas your page would probably grow. There are so many people all over the country flocking to Texas. They will be drawn and all flock to your videos, because that is what we are searching for.
I will do a few here and there, but that isn't my page's main focus. I won't post anything I wouldn't live in so that will definitely limit on what I decide to share/post.

Are there any furnished apartments you can show us along with cost. I don't think it is worth it to ship our old furniture there.
None I know of myself. Prob best to sell and buy all new once you relocate.
