Lived near Cottonwood Park for 13 years back in late 80s to late 1999. Enjoyed my time and glad my children grew up there. Amazing how the property values have gone up. I purchased a 4 bedroom home on Dover for $ 63,000 in 1987 just before the Texas S&L and real estate collapse in 1988. I sold it for $ 70,000 13 years later as I left Texas for other opportunity. Now the home is $ 375,000! Kudos to those who purchased it and enjoyed the appreciation.

Hi Levi and Travis big fan of your channel, I think Audrey did an amazing job, definitely would love seeing her again in future videos and moving to TX preferably the DFW area and I really like Richardson and others places , but not for a while but until then I will continue to support
I'm actually a huge outsider tend to lean left but I might be hired by infosys because I'm one of Woz-Us newest apprentices in the city it'll be awhile like classes don't even start until July and then it's a ways to go after that but Its a train to hire situation in Java Development. And I'm just taking the position because It's literal experience in the IT sector of which I have NONE but I will be able to leverage my resume after I'm no longer obligated to Infosys. They expect us to relocate and the positions is likely in Richardson. It's going to be my first job in the IT sector. But despite my Politics hey at least if I'm there I'm spending into the local economy.
