Today we toured some apartments in the Addison/Farmers Branch area. It is located in the Vitruvian Park area which is really nice. Listen, these apts are pricey!
Understand it is all about Location! This is close to shops, retaurants and bars so a lot of people want to live in this area.
I have included the prices for the 3 apts and this can change at any time based on market price.
My client is very excited to move to Dallas and I wanted him to give his views on the reasons and process.

Everybody from LA and from other places wants to move to Dallas. Why ? That is why Dallas is overcrowding.

Viny it is not just Dallas. It is every major city in the nation seeing hikes in the cost of living. It just feels like it is only here because we are seeing how the influx has affected the City. A lot of ppl have moved to Vegas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Etc. LA ppl began moving once Toyota Corporate came to Plano. If anything that is where it began. Once someone moves, then they tell their family, friends, etc.
