It warms my heart just seeing you two and the great relationship you have. On top of that you have some pretty gorgeous quilts there too, can’t wait to get back to Florida and make myself a lap quilt to be proud of.
I miss my mom she was a wonderful and great mom. . She is no longer with us. But she made my a Birds in flyet quilt. I love my Quilt. My grandmother was a quilter as well. That is were I learned to quit.
Barbie was responsible for me to start sewing at 10. I took my pink knee high sock, cut off the foot part sewed two parallel seams to a certain point and cut between, turned it right side out and it became a jump suit for Barbie. It fit too. I haven't stopped sewing and quilting in 62 years.
I wish I could make a quilt for my mom. I was not a girly girl so I always thought she was a little disappointed. So now every time I go into my quilting room I look at her picture I have there and hope she can see the quilts I make now with her watching me. She passed in 1974 she was 54.
That was very heartwarming! I'm inspired to make a quilt in memory of my awesome mother now...she raised 4 of us by herself (which seems to be a theme here!) and even though she's not with us anymore, she is never far from my thoughts. Thanks, Donna and everyone for the wonderful stories of your mother and grandmothers.
A very sweet, creative video. I loved hearing about everybody's mothers. The kits were all beautiful. You guys do such an awesome job with your videos. Happy Mother's Day.
I love the quilts, your son brought tears of joy to me, I couldn't hold back the tears. I am so happy that you have such a wonderful relationship with your children. I do as well. I love and appreciate your wonderful family. Happy Blessed Resurrection Day.

Your patterns are so beginner friendly and fast and nasty for more advanced quilters that I need to tell 2 people 😉💖 Love to all the Mothers ❤ Your children ' equally ' lol picked some great choices thinking of you and your staff had equally tender stories.

Donna I was wondering if you could create quilt patterns using quilt as you go method. With the 3 yd quilt layouts I really like the 3 yd quilt that you offer and have bought several books. and watch your videos all the time, but I like to do quilt as you go on my sewing machine to reduce the bulk of machine quilting it. Even doing a video would be super great👍 Could you let me know if this is possible ? Thank You Marion Bartley
These quilts and fabric choices are great! Those were especially beautiful fabrics that Fran and John chose! Does Hannah have a new haircut? It’s very becoming!

Great video. Working on a pinwheel plus pattern today. Happy Easter.
