Bujta repa (Bujta turnip )

  • 300 g svinjskih kosti z mesom
    500 g repe
    1/2 srednje čebule
    6-8 zrnic celega popra
    2 lovorjeva lista
    3-4 stroke česna
    1-2 žlice moke
    100 g prosene kaše
    2-3 žlice olja
    400 g pečenic
    100g domače ocvirke
    Začimbe: mleta kumina, sol, domača vegeta in sladka paprika.
    Začinite po vašem okusu.
    V vodo damo za pol ure kuhat svinjske kosti z mesom dodamo poper v zrnu, lovorov list in začinimo. Dokler se kuhajo kosti lahko malo prekuhamo repo, namočimo proseno kašo in skuhamo ter popečemo pečenice. Ko je meso na kosteh kuhano vzamemo iz vode in oberemo ter damo nazaj v vodo v katero še damo repo in še nekaj časa kuhamo da je tudi repa skuhana. Naredimo podmeto, na olju prepražimo čebulo ji dodamo moko, česen in sladko papriko, podmeto zalijemo in jo vlijemo k repi. Dodamo proseno kašo, ki smo jo predhodno malo namočili, proseno kašo kuhajte 15-20 minut. Bujta repa je kuhana medtem sem skuhala pečenice in jih popekla na domačih ocvirkih.
