- Episode #65: Bujta repa is a one pot dish, typically enjoyed during the winter months around 'koline'. 'Koline' are an important part of the culinary culture in Slovenia. This is a tradition of slaughtering a pig, and then we obtain the pig meat and meat products to use in various dishes. The pork meat is used in dishes like this Prekmurska Bujta Repa and of course our delicious Homemade Sausages.
