I like you and Shawn but also you and Sarah on your chats. A regular chat with you and Sarah would be great- especially around planning gardening, shopping, canning and cooking!!!
Luv your video's.....I'm in the 34% age group of being >60 years old watching your video's and of course from Canada. Thank you for your content, as it reminds me of my childhood on the farm. The canning, cooking, gardening, farming, crafting and sewing etc......I also ran about in my bare feet, until one day around age 12 I ran threw the garden and got an old corn stock in the bottom of my foot. It stayed there for a day, as parents not home @ time to remove.....From that day forward I always wore footwear...LOL, that's what your channel brings forth for me...Memories...thank you
Anyone that says negative things about Sarah doing things probably has never taught their children do anything. My kids always helped do things and were always ready to learn
Watching this on Thursday night. You are all wonderful and there are far too many of us who thoroughly enjoy watching your videos & care about your family for you to bother putting up with the ones who make such mean-spirited comments. Keep on being just the way you are!😊
My grandma had a big black walnut tree. I wish I liked them. I do remember shelling them and having black stuff all over my hands. It’s still a happy memory cuz I was doing it with my cousins❤
Me and my siblings grew up barefoot. As soon as the weather was nice enough. I could run in gravel😂. And my grandma owned a house 3 doors up. She had a huge mulberry tree. So mom wasn’t to happy when we came home with purple feet 😂. My mom had 3 more kids born after me. I always went to my aunt and uncle’s farm when she had a baby. They had a dairy farm and a lot of other animals. That’s where I learned to ride horses . We could fish, and do other activities on the farm. I always enjoyed my time in the country. I’m looking to sell my city house and buy property and build a small 1 bedroom log cabin on the property. I think your kids are so smart and I enjoy watching the different skills they have. And that Rebecca is so cute and smart. Well all 7 are cute and smart kiddos. Oh when you were talking about walnuts. The dirt road we lived on had walnut trees on both sides of it. We gathered them in gunny sacks . Took them to the old mill in town and sold them Hope your week is fantastic. Love from northwest Missouri
❤ I to love the s tippets! Tray enjoyed your live accomplimeted with Sarah. Y’all make a great team. Forgive my typos on my iPad I wed glasses very badly . I am so proud of your children for sending cards to the young cancer patient. My sister Mama and I for years picked an angel off the tree in the mall for children who are needy. Not mentioning this because of your Al’s feeing abut Christmas but still to be a giver. My sister got a 7 year old boy. They get needful things and put down something they enjoy playing. This little guy loves Pokémon and while I’m familiar with them neither of us had a cue what to get I know Donna got him a coat. I can’t do an angel now due to my income. Nothing makes me feel more blessed than sharing and giving to the less fortune. Thanks again for the beautiful job you and Sarah did. Great work! Could anyone reading this comment please prayer for me I’m being referred to urologist for the badder and kidney ve struggled with for over a year. I could easily become septic but I’m depending on Jesus. Also, my a couple of weeks ago my bestie passed away and they have no clue as to what happened. Se ad just turned 63 and we both needed each other. Se was a godly lady but she had suffered unmercifully from a ad fall. I’m grieving my heart out as well as struggling with Thanksgiving since Mama passed in June 2015 . She seemed to hold the family together and now our tittle family seems to be grieving year even more This year . My prayers for all in our You Tube fay ad thank you for any prayers on your behalf. I love Al l of you❤🙏🏻
Over the last year ive wanted to ask about the sweet potatos but always forget lol. Im glad you explained it! Thank you, ive only ever eaten the orange ones but would love to try other kinds! Dont believe ive ever seen them in a store around here? Great live as always. Hey!!! Did you and sarah have shoes on during this live!!!??? I need to know 😂😂😂😂
Hey guys. Donna from Auckland, New Zealand. I love watching you guys. Your so inspiring. I am about to receive my my healthy mummas cook book. It has taken quite sometime, but the book is almost here.❤ Take care guys. X
Dont worry about mean comments. They are just jealous on not having a wonderful family like you have. Not many people today have respectful and wonderful children. Glad your skin is getting tough. Im from Pennsylvania
Some other great channels to watch are Possum Run Homestead, Our Brown Farmhouse, Celebrating Appalachia and Cog Hill Farm. They all are great channels and have their own flare about them. And of course Ozark Family Homestead. I watch them always. Better than anything on television for sure.
Love love love wood heat it's very much appreciated when have it and greatly missed when you live in a place that doesn't have it, when we get our house in a few years we're putting in a wood burning fireplace like yours
Would it be possible for either Sarah or Janice to do a step by step pressure canning walk through video???? I'm getting a Presto canner and I would be lying if I said I'm not scared 🥲
I watch your videos on an Echo Show. An Amazon device. It is a Alexa/Video device. Has a monitor but also has Alexa built in. I draw portraits. The Marilyn Monroe picture by my name is one of them. Because I do that I can pick out features of a person easily. To me Rebecca looks the most like her mom! Same lips and smile. Eyes too. Both eyes on you girls slant down. Big hugs! 😍😘🤗
I'm here watching on replay but after watching Sarah can my mom helped me can cranberry juice and we are making apple brandy and next year I am going to try watermelon rind pickles because of Sarah. I'm disabled so I can't do it alone, but I love peaches any type of way so I'm excited to try your recipe for those!! Also never be sorry about blocking rude ppl. Use that button liberally!! Block block block to all the jack wagons!
I will never understand people who think doing domestic type activities is forced and not enjoyable. Let your kids do what they enjoy especially if it’s productive. I am 51 and have about 4 outfits I wear on the regular not to say I don’t have lots and lots of other clothes. Aren’t most people like that ?
I also watch the happy caravan she has 11 kids and baby netta is adorable 🥰 they used to live in California 🌴 but they moved to NY more things available for there kids they all play instruments very talented family 👍 Happy to say we are from California 🌴👍 I used to go barefoot all the time my grandparents live maybe 5 minutes away on a ranch and I would go barefoot 🦶 but my grandparents would always say ANNA IS GOING TO STEP ON A NAIL OR GOD KBOWS SOMETHING ELSE 😮 I do not go barefoot outside any more after my neck surgery I got NEUROPATHY on both feet all the way to my knees 😮 it’s a very weird feeling there are times that my brains says YOU HAVE SOCKS ON ALL THE WAY TO THE KNEE and I look down and I always start to laugh 🤣 I watch on my tablet

I will wear the same pants for days because they are my comfort item, and my favorite 2 shirts are constantly worn each week and I have an over flowing closet of clothing, my favorite colors are teal and pink
Great that Sara has fabulous home making skills, cooking, canning, sewing, gardening etc but as a 17 yo does she have a life outside of the family unit with girls/friends her own age? Her life skills are to be commended . And to the person who referred to Janice as "big Momma" that was uncalled for and rude. Glad Janice is getting thicker "skin"
I think people are being ridiculous about being bare foot. I’m from Pa and many farm children don’t wear shoes until it gets cold. And Sarah, I like my few fav shirts too. Keep doing what you feel comfortable in. You do sonic h work, you need to feel comfortable.
Hi from Florida, we eat cream cheese on keto, when you freeze it it will crumble like feta cheese lol. I am learning dehydrating but have not attempted canning yet, kudos to Sarah for learning it so young.
Sarah needs her own channel!! Cooking, baking, gardening, sewing etc!! Would watch you in a heartbeat! ❤
I agree! 😊❤
The janice and sarah show is a hit!
Sarah is blessed with a loving mother who has taught her so many wonderful things!
I love that all the kids are so down to Earth and family oriented. It's so very refreshing in this day and time! Janice, you are a very blessed momma!

Hardly anyone lives in Montana and the Dakotas. They are some of the least populated states. So anyone from those is a victory, God bless.
