Hi Sarah, just a thought but I think it would be a good idea to put a protective film ( you can get it from IKEA, as I have it) on your shelves because over time pulling / pushing cans of food off and on your shelves can cause them to go grey…. It’s the same with pans and pots. I have done this in my cupboards and it’s really saved the surfaces.

I echo everyone else in saying how happy I (we) are to see you in your new BIG home. You say it's a blessing and of course it is but it's not like you and Solo just woke up one morning and had the ability to build this home. I would love to hear the story of how you planned and prepared for this day. I don't care about dollar amounts but rather the steps you went through to get to where you are today. We were 40 when we bought our first home and we still live in it. It's only about 1500 square feet and was never really big enough but we raised our two boys here and have welcomed 8 grandchildren into this "small" house! Every time I pull into my driveway I thank God for my home that I still love as much as I first did. We have traveled extensively and know how blessed we are to own our own home and I understand your joy and amazement at your new home. Please keep up the tours. I've gone through this process with you and can't wait to see how you live in it.

I've been learning, too, and I recognize the excitement you have for real food. As homemakers and homesteaders, our pantries are our "workshops" where we store and use our tools and ingredients. It improves our workflow and expands our capacity. Your pantry excited me. I have 3 boys and I ALWAYS bought in bulk. It saved me money and my sanity not having to go to the store often. Hi Sarah, just a thought but I think it would be a good idea to put a protective film ( you can get it from IKEA, as I have it) on your shelves because over time pulling / pushing cans of food off and on your shelves can cause them to go grey…. It’s the same with pans and pots. I have done this in my cupboards and it’s really saved the surfaces.

My husband and I have owned a lot since 2018 and have been going back and forth about rebuilding. We don’t have to and we partially feel guilty for being able to. We are considering our future needs when we will be older. I believe I was meant to watch this video. You have encouraged us by your explanation on how your providing for your large families needs and future needs as well. So exciting to see your new home!!! I echo everyone else in saying how happy I (we) are to see you in your new BIG home. You say it's a blessing and of course it is but it's not like you and Solo just woke up one morning and had the ability to build this home. I would love to hear the story of how you planned and prepared for this day. I don't care about dollar amounts but rather the steps you went through to get to where you are today. We were 40 when we bought our first home and we still live in it. It's only about 1500 square feet and was never really big enough but we raised our two boys here and have welcomed 8 grandchildren into this "small" house! Every time I pull into my driveway I thank God for my home that I still love as much as I first did. We have traveled extensively and know how blessed we are to own our own home and I understand your joy and amazement at your new home. Please keep up the tours. I've gone through this process with you and can't wait to see how you live in it.

It has been really great watching you become a real homesteader over the years. Sourdough bread, kombucha, canning, all the things! I've been learning, too, and I recognize the excitement you have for real food. I've also been blessed with an amazing pantry room, which makes me so happy for you and your beautiful, highly functional space! As homemakers and homesteaders, our pantries are our "workshops" where we store and use our tools and ingredients. It improves our workflow and expands our capacity. I literally could not be happier for you! A pantry like this shouldn't be seen as a luxury anymore. If we want to build a healthy family, we NEED a workshop!

Your pantry excited me. I have 3 boys and I ALWAYS bought in bulk. It saved me money and my sanity not having to go to the store often. They’re ALL adults now and it’s just my husband and I, but I still shop at Costco for a good bit of our stuff. Old habits are hard to break! I love your channel! God Bless! ❤

I was going through your videos from the last year. I had forgotten so so much. Surgery, moving, selling, loss of baby, Kenya trip, building new house,farm animals(cows, ducks. Chicks), digging well, Japan trip, Bell mission, Judah engagement, family visiting, grandmother, wedding, new dog,church life. I know so much more but you are just one person! I'm hugging you thru the phone.
