My app says the Hummer MOT ran out 11 years ago, 25th May 2011 but it still has road tax. Very strange. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is? Surely even if it has a private hire licence and gets 'plated' by the council, it would still need an MOT?🤷🏼♀️
Check the .gov website for MOT record. It has a current valid 'pass', but the certificate isn't numbered like a normal MOT certificate - maybe a commercial or PSV test? Doesn't explain why it's not showing when checked for vehicle tax...

The way that Hummer's front wheels are moving in and out every time it hits a small bump,i wouldn't want to be a passenger.Maybe track -rod ends are hard to come by
most of them don't get maintained as they should be , part for them are hard in the uk and not many know their way arround them. like I have an infiniti fx 4x4 and to find simple part such as track end rod I have to order UT from a specific nissan dealership and it's weeks wait even filters they don't stock it . it's the 3.7 l same engine as the 370z coupe but parts is nowhere to be find in the uk euro car part or any other

In the state it is in in this video, driving through the Ford is hardly impressive, I drive through deeper puddles several times a day, every day on my mountain track. I can't see the cops allowing this madness to continue for ever. Loads of moving traffic offences being committed in this vid.
I feel sorry for any unsuspecting pedestrian or driver that meets those mermaids going through that water than having to stop with wet brakes, Does anybody dry out their brake after going through a flood.
@@curtisj2165 Hi Curtis, in theory, yes your discs should be hot enough to dry rapidly, I wouldn't put my license or insurance up against that. Discs on the front, drums on the back, how would you play that mate. For the few seconds, it takes to get friction and dry, be safe.
@@curtisj2165 Any brakes will generate enough heat through friction to dry out the water, if you apply them for long enough, but it is the initial few seconds, when you first apply the brakes, that matter the most. If you suddenly find you are not slowing down as you expected, it's too late. All brakes should be dried out after immersion in water.

If you do an MOT history check, it shows the car is MOT'd until 25th Feb next year. Seems strange that doesn't show on the tax & MOT site.
