I believe the new Accord hybrid rides a bit softer and quieter, but it's not a significant difference. Because of that, I'd go for the Camry in XLE trim. You get optional AWD and it's a zippy car.
I'll do my best to explain it - quieter than the previous generation, but not as quiet as the new Accord. The XSE and XLE have laminated front side windows, so there isn't much wind noise, but you can hear some road noise, especially on rougher pavements.

Its generally very quiet but hybrid is even better
