Hey! There is a very weird audio issue going on where every other sentence or so the gain on my voice was turned down aggressively for a few seconds. I don't know what caused it. I apologize, shit like that is really annoying. It sounded nothing like that in Premiere...
Sounds like the denoise and noise gate did their own thing on this video 💀 all good tho because the information in the video is still top notch

It's absolutely insane to me, that DE buffed Sec Outburst to the moon and continued to allow the interactions with Mesa.
The arcane is also incredibly op with dual toxos, furis and other powerful secondaries now.

My mesa has so much dust, im happy to try this and make her shine again... i want all my frames to be usable if i need to.
Seems like a nice build. I'll take some tips from it. Ultimately, I'm opting for an Archon Vitality setup with Viral + Heat regulators with Xata's Whisper.
I'm currently working on farming Secondary Outburst and next week is the Ceramic dagger incarnon week, so that'll be nice.
Regulators status is terrible, that's not worthwhile and raw damage is far far better
Love the editing and how informative you are on the synergies! Question about this particular build, have you attempted level cap with it yet? I like fun builds but I like to keep them as comfy and self sufficient as possible for Duviri endless and my current Mesa is a Pillage build and it def works pretty well, but this looks more fun 😂
This should work pretty well! Though I can't say for sure as armor strip will scale a little better

Also, I've been messing around with Nourish + Modded toxin regulators with slash + Archon Continuity. I think you should mess with it. It genuinely seems a promising alternative to the max dmg corrosive setups.
Afaik Archon mods only proc their extra bit if an causes the elemental damage, and i dont believe elemental infusions count either

Who the hell uses corrosive on regulators? Just use toxin or heat instead and go for nourish. That shit makes your dps skyrocket. You're shooting 100 bullets per seconds but corrosive has a 10 limit cap and it is fcking weak against shielded targets.

Because of the difficulty and/or time-consuming nature of acquiring Arcane Outburst, the price is pretty outrageous right now (800-1400p).
Critcat is pretty good now, basically.
I use the same things but with the azima, you can empty your ammo in just one click with secondary
I can live with it being 5 non-tau shards. Still not sure how I feel about Archon shards in build videos besides just recommendations.
You can still get red crits without them but they just increase the chance. No other way around it unfortunately
With how strealined the Khal missions are now, and us having more options in Archon Hunt to make it fun, and also archon shards having been in the game for over a year, it makes sense.
Players are well within their right to not like certain tools or mechanics and not engage with them, but Archon Shards are only going to become more normalised in build videos as the assumption will become that we have at least a couple of any given colour on hand.

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to massively elaborate synergistic builds like this- it would be really nice if you could summarize the general gameplay loop really clearly somewhere after all mechanics are explained as I really would like to try incorporating this once I can somehow gather everything this build requires (coming back after 3 years)
You just play Mesa normally, all the buffs happen passively

Nourish gives a lot of benefits alongside an extra synergy with combat discipline, self proccing the AOE viral wave.
You'll probably notice barely any difference but the Nourish build is stronger

So Nourish + Equilibrium really make 45% Efficiency viable? That's awesome because even at 130% I've been having issues, I suppose the answer is to look at the bigger picture and figure out more creative solutions for these sorts of things.
primed flow, nourish, equilibrium are all thats needed
the high strength makes its multiplier very high

after testing galv shot does more dps than hornet strike and primed heated charge
well yeah put hornet strike when u dont have 200+ strength or when quicker missions
Galvanized shot is the most important mod. Never replace it. It can stack up to 3 on regulators.
how is the adarza kavat surviving any high level content or SP content with 310hp and conditional shields? my kavat is dying more times its alive with 310 hp and 1500overshields. am i missing something here?
mine survives fine if I pay just a small amount of attention to it...

Switch to grimoire using the xata mod for energy allowing you to run Unaru for armor stripping priority targets and free primed sure footed
Now use mesa waltz to freely move/roll boom you're mesa can now run any content in the game (also rolling during waltz does indeed proc rolling guard).
This is how I run netracells solo with Mesa and I use diriga to spread heat (the new orange mods add double the amount of crit though it requires building up to).

Man I’m pissed I didn’t buy secondary outburst when it was 400p. I was certain that they were going to remove its ability to work with mesa but I guess they stopped caring about balance because they just buffed 2 already insane frames in one update.

No? Increasing crit chance buffs damage, obviously. Besides that, we also get more critical damage from Outburst and Tenacious
@@kyaiimy mesa can do that with only secondary outburst and ceramic dagger. Molt augmented and arcane velocity. 5 archon shards orange crit but can reach 300k in base steelpath. Never mind the insane fire rate

no since mesa only needs at least 200 strength to replace hornet strike

@@noahedenborg4221 regulators shoot extremely fast, with no ammo restraints, and are built with primed heated charge. Heat is an infinitely stackable statue so she actually gets good damage from procs. At 1:20 he states that strength is in the damage formula twice, alternatively it’s pretty simple to find regulators damage formula on the wiki.

@kyaii I think velocity would affect both in a linear way. I tried to calculate the DPS in both conditions, ignoring arcanes and critical damage, and I see a 4% damage increase with Primed Heated Charge. So, I can see it now. But one thing: since you are building with faction mods, Proto shield Corpus units have a Heat damage debuff of 50%. Would be better to replace, in this case, with Anemic Agility? And maybe even replace corrosive with magnetic (not sure if pistol pestilence is a good option, with 30% less damage).
Below my calculations, for record:
Strenght at 100% (1,5x)
No arcane
with Anemic Agility: fire rate at 37
Damage per second: 58922,5
With Primed Heated Charge: fire rate at 23,68
Damage per second: 61909,6
Strenght at 200% (3,0x)
No arcane
with Anemic Agility: fire rate at 37
Damage per second: 78347,5
With Primed Heated Charge: fire rate at 23,68
Damage per second: 81666,4

Any high fire rate high magazine secondary
Any high fire rate weapon will do, as Eject magazine works on % of magazine, not absolute values. Detron or Athodai alt fire in example, modded for high fire rate, can empty the mag in the blink of an eye too. Also you can use unranked Eject mag to achieve more reload ticks that will constantly refill your companion shields during a longer span of time (20 reload ticks of 5%, against 5 reload ticks of 20% when fully ranked)

you don't need combat discipline or overshields to proc arcane avenger anymore (unless you're just not taking hits at all, in that case yeah), not just a simulacrum "feature" either, sitting around in a normal mission with a single enemy shooting your regular blue shields will keep avenger up basically permanently.
Ballistari might getting stealth buffed (was 20% fire rate until recently) is also a very welcome surprise for me

Kyaii made it better as he used a primary for the ammo dump and didn’t give the companion a way to build up the combo for more crit. The secondary is even better than the gorgon knightmare used as the fire rate is increased yet again by secondary arcane AND balastari buff

@@brandonrivera1063 Mesa does PLENTY of damage already. These shards are infinitely better spent on, quite literally, almost anything else. Strength for nourish, duration for everything, parkour velocity for speed, cast speed for the three buffs you have to juggle, starting energy, or even shield capacity so you can run link redirection with your adarza and have permanent +60% fire rate, no strings attached. The relative value of 5 crit shards is SO tiny in this build. Even if you had all 5 tauforged reds, it'd be the equivelant of another PPG, or +46% CC. It's just not worth it.
@@Mastrmyrtr9 wait you can run shield shards with link redirection and it actually gets you the buff? This would be nice because then you can use a primer in secondary like Epitath
@@thebrigade7684 Yeah, Manifold bond just requires your companion hit 1200 max shields, and archon shards are a method of increasing your max shields, while link redirection uses your own max shields to increase your pets. I run an epitaph with viral heat + outburst and amalgam barrel diffusion. It's an insane hybrid of speed and damage

Mesa kinda poo poo compared to Protea. Protea has a complete kit, built in energy generation, low Forma investment, and has 1 ability that is on par if not better than Mesa's 4. Mesa needs a buff and rework to be more than just "press 4."
