Well done - really useful in these difficult times. Having got into skating late in life (age 67) and some 5 years ago I've not got the natural flexibility or strength of many who start in their teens. Plus I've tended to skip working on stuff like "teapots" (do you use that term in USA?) i.e. single leg squats that you show around 9.40. Flexibility has also not been high on the agenda. I've got to beginner level in waltz jumps, toe loops and salchows but without ice there is limited scope for improving them. However your video has shown there are loads of ways to at least keep the basic jump techniques in muscle memory. Plus there are loads of skating-relevant strength and flexibility exercises to keep me going until the rinks open again. Thank you and keep healthy.

Hello and thank you so much! I am thinking of doing a modified video as well! This one was just something quick to get out to my skaters ASAP and I figured I should share it with everyone!Thank you for the kind words 🙂
