Hey I'm a sales manager for a major furniture and mattress retailer and something that we do is we have flip signs on top of the mattress that conceal the price. Its not hiding it but it is allowing time for the customer to actually entertain the current mattress and not focus on price. Def agree with you on being "bed drunk" it happens with sofas as well. Great video!

You said certified, do you get more commissions for that? I know in car sales if you get certified they give you a card every time you sale a new vehicle.
