Yess girl 🙌🏻 my boyfriend and I have a similar story ig. When I started dating him he was not willing to wait till marriage. He was a catholic but not one that followed the religion very much. I didn’t really know that he was not willing to wait. At the time I was Christian but I was at a low point in my walk with Jesus. Actually, I wasn’t walking with Him anymore. I rejected Him all the time. Every time I knew that I was sinning, I just ignored it and pushed that thought out of my mind. Later I slowly began “walking” with Jesus again and during that process my bf and I worked through some differences when it came to sex, but he wasn’t fully willing to wait till marriage until he actually became Christian! He’s Christian now and we’re mainly on the same page when it comes to this topic. However, he’s still a new Christian and has some learning to do and we both have a lot more maturing to do. But I’ve been so impressed by how God has been working on him. Thanks for sharing this! I love hearing that there are other people in this world that are waiting as well.

It’s good you put your story out there and it’s funny because I feel like I have lived the exact opposite in that I waited a long time to lose my virginity and I really really thought him and I were gonna get married and that led me to stay with him even when he was treating me very badly because I cared about him being my only one for sooo long. This eventually made me realize that I thought that my worth was completely based on not having sex with multiple people and having that one person for life when that’s completely not true! My worth is based my kindness and ability to care for people, my intelligence and hard work ethic etc. Now, I really believe we are all animals with biological instincts and as long as it is safe, protected, wanted by both parties and isn’t interfering with an already established relationship go for it! It seemed like some of what you were saying in the video is because you haven’t experienced a true loving deep human connection relationship that also involves sex and while they are rare they do happen! A guy/girl isn't going to leave once in an established relationship just because you had sex before marriage. Two mature people will continue to build on that relationship. The key is not to have sex before you are both ready. A woman has far more to offer a man than her body by the way. And he is offering his too.
@Elizabeth Villegas I don't see sex as a gift that is given up on your honeymoon. The man is giving and is taking too, whether it is his first time or not. If a person really wants to wait, then waiting is right for them. For some, religion teaches them to wait, so it is a belief that is passed down to a person, which the person then takes on as their own belief. Most beliefs come from parents/teachers, religions, and the teachings tend to be fear based. I personally prefer to create my own beliefs, and beliefs not stemming from fear and that works for me in my reality. So if a person wants to wait until married, and this decision is based on "their own" belief system, not a belief that was fed to them over years and years, then that is great for them.

I love the this is becoming a more mainstream conversation, but I do not like how people give the worse case scenario with sex. As in, you either wait until marriage or you are a person who just sleeps around. This is ALWAYS the narrative and it just is not true. There is a grey area with intimacy, as there is with everything. I know people who only have sex in committed relationships. What about them? Where is representation for healthy, committal sex. It does exist outside of the Christian context.
I had "healthy, committed" sex outside of marriage for 8 years and then that relationship ended--not because of cheating or anything toxic. Then, I entered into another committed relationship and had been sexually intimate, and then that relationship also ended. Both of these relationships were with men who were not in Christ. What did I learn? There is no "healthy, committed" sex outside of marriage. It's either you sin or you don't. Premarital sex has never been a grey area in the Bible. We just like to think that it's okay to have sex in committed relationships because you're, that's to say, committed. But it lacks the essence of marriage and that is that it's ordained by God. We're made to believe that sex outside of marriage with a loving partner is natural. From my experience, it feels natural until the conviction of the Holy Spirit overpowers you. Then it just becomes selfish. But who am I to tell you what to do. I'm just a stranger on the internet. Believe as you wish, and if the Holy Spirit grieves you, lean into it.
Kian, I'm not sure if you are a Christian, but IF you are, then why towards the end of your video did you say that if a person doesn't want to wait for sex i.e.engage in Fornication, that is "totally okay?" When the Bible says TOTALLY the opposite. Why did you speak contrary to scripture and say is was totally okay? I have heard in other video's girls who said they were Christian saying exactly the same thing "It's totally okay if you chose not to wait until marriage." That is why out of such great love for His children, God ordained marriage, & why we have marriage between a man (born a man), & a woman (born a woman). To protect the human race, and we break ourselves against the commandments at our spiritual peril. Thankfully there is repentance with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, because of the Saviours atonement, enabling us to be forgiven of our sins. Surely it is better to obey than to sacrifice, i.e. not to have done wrong in the first place. Life is a test to prove ourselves worthy of eternal life with HIM, and obedience to the commandments is the key, yet that is still insufficient to us mortals, hence the Savious grace - his enabling power that will make up where we still lack, as indeed we always will. We should never call people out when we aren't in a close friendship with them imo. Now you are probably thinking that "isn't that what your doing right now?" which, honestly it is what im doing and I wont deny that. BUT my point is instead of calling people out on their sins and their personal relationship with God (especially when they are trying to build their relationship with God) it can be very discouraging because we are making people think that they have to "not sin" to have a relationship with God. Telling people their sins won't do anything because they aren't able to understand why it is a sin yet. They might read it in the bible and say "okay", but the holy spirit is still working in them and purifying them and they will not truly understand until HE wills it. Change doesn't happen over night. Which is why I don't think we should say "this is a sin, don't do this" because if people TRULY have a relationship with Jesus they will be convicted of all things according to his will.

Kian, since you have taken the time to research bible-based teachings, and it has not been resonating with you 100%, and you still have more questions than answers, you might consider looking outside of religion to find your answers. Spirituality as well as quantum physics may hold more answers for you. I have found answers there, with real solid proof in some cases, and there have been breakthroughs in EVP and photos of our loved ones in spirit/heaven. Quantum physics shows through string theory that everything is connected. It is quite fascinating. Since everything is connected, then separation is impossible. We are taught that hell separates souls from God. Since it is impossible for separation through the teachings of quantum physics, this would be impossible. Just something to think about in your quest for answers. Learning never stops really.

Yess girl 🙌🏻 my boyfriend and I have a similar story ig. When I started dating him he was not willing to wait till marriage. He was a catholic but not one that followed the religion very much. I didn’t really know that he was not willing to wait. At the time I was Christian but I was at a low point in my walk with Jesus. Actually, I wasn’t walking with Him anymore. I rejected Him all the time. Every time I knew that I was sinning, I just ignored it and pushed that thought out of my mind. Later I slowly began “walking” with Jesus again and during that process my bf and I worked through some differences when it came to sex, but he wasn’t fully willing to wait till marriage until he actually became Christian! He’s Christian now and we’re mainly on the same page when it comes to this topic. However, he’s still a new Christian and has some learning to do and we both have a lot more maturing to do. But I’ve been so impressed by how God has been working on him. Thanks for sharing this! I love hearing that there are other people in this world that are waiting as well.

Proud of you, girl! I just recently ran across some of your videos and I think it’s very commendable of you to glorify Christ in a way that is not so easy for you to do. Such as, sharing your testimony and your past. There will be mockers of course, but you know as well as I do that Jesus has your back and He’s smiling down at His beautiful daughter knowing that she’s helping people that are in the same situation know that there is a way out and they have a purpose. 5:30 I could be half that guy. I don't put in the work. Or at least It feels that way for me. I have very low discipline in topics I struggle with (masturbation for example). But the rest sounds like me. Or let's rather say what god put into my live. When I was very young _(I just claim 6, but I don't actually know anymore)_ I said to god, that I want to get to know him before I have a girlfriend. This is definitely not a prayer that came from me. And around two years ago (now I'm 26) he confirmed this prayer at a church service. He said that this is still valid, that both will happen and that I'm not ready jet.

It’s good you put your story out there and it’s funny because I feel like I have lived the exact opposite in that I waited a long time to lose my virginity and I really really thought him and I were gonna get married and that led me to stay with him even when he was treating me very badly because I cared about him being my only one for sooo long. This eventually made me realize that I thought that my worth was completely based on not having sex with multiple people and having that one person for life when that’s completely not true! My worth is based my kindness and ability to care for people, my intelligence and hard work ethic etc. Now, I really believe we are all animals with biological instincts and as long as it is safe, protected, wanted by both parties and isn’t interfering with an already established relationship go for it! It seemed like some of what you were saying in the video is because you haven’t experienced a true loving deep human connection relationship that also involves sex and while they are rare they do happen! I do agree a lot of people have sex when they don’t even really want to or to get something out of it and thats just unfortunate but it isn’t always like that!

A guy/girl isn't going to leave once in an established relationship just because you had sex before marriage. Two mature people will continue to build on that relationship. The key is not to have sex before you are both ready. A woman has far more to offer a man than her body by the way. And he is offering his too.

If a person really wants to wait, then waiting is right for them. For some, religion teaches them to wait, so it is a belief that is passed down to a person, which the person then takes on as their own belief. Most beliefs come from parents/teachers, religions, and the teachings tend to be fear based. I personally prefer to create my own beliefs, and beliefs not stemming from fear and that works for me in my reality. So if a person wants to wait until married, and this decision is based on "their own" belief system, not a belief that was fed to them over years and years, then that is great for them.

I love the this is becoming a more mainstream conversation, but I do not like how people give the worse case scenario with sex. As in, you either wait until marriage or you are a person who just sleeps around. This is ALWAYS the narrative and it just is not true. There is a grey area with intimacy, as there is with everything. I know people who only have sex in committed relationships. What about them? Where is representation for healthy, committal sex. It does exist outside of the Christian context.
I had "healthy, committed" sex outside of marriage for 8 years and then that relationship ended--not because of cheating or anything toxic. Then, I entered into another committed relationship and had been sexually intimate, and then that relationship also ended. Both of these relationships were with men who were not in Christ. What did I learn? There is no "healthy, committed" sex outside of marriage. It's either you sin or you don't. Premarital sex has never been a grey area in the Bible. We just like to think that it's okay to have sex in committed relationships because you're, that's to say, committed. But it lacks the essence of marriage and that is that it's ordained by God. We're made to believe that sex outside of marriage with a loving partner is natural. From my experience, it feels natural until the conviction of the Holy Spirit overpowers you. Then it just becomes selfish. But who am I to tell you what to do. I'm just a stranger on the internet. Believe as you wish, and if the Holy Spirit grieves you, lean into it.

Kian, I'm not sure if you are a Christian, but IF you are, then why towards the end of your video did you say that if a person doesn't want to wait for sex i.e.engage in Fornication, that is "totally okay?" When the Bible says TOTALLY the opposite. Why did you speak contrary to scripture and say is was totally okay? I have heard in other video's girls who said they were Christian saying exactly the same thing "It's totally okay if you chose not to wait until marriage." That is why out of such great love for His children, God ordained marriage, & why we have marriage between a man (born a man), & a woman (born a woman). To protect the human race, and we break ourselves against the commandments at our spiritual peril. Thankfully there is repentance with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, because of the Saviours atonement, enabling us to be forgiven of our sins. Surely it is better to obey than to sacrifice, i.e. not to have done wrong in the first place. Life is a test to prove ourselves worthy of eternal life with HIM, and obedience to the commandments is the key, yet that is still insufficient to us mortals, hence the Savious grace - his enabling power that will make up where we still lack, as indeed we always will. As the Saviour himself said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." Not always as easy as it seems, the spirit is often willing but the flesh is weak. I wish you the very best in your quest to follow Saviour and endeavour to become like Him. Charity is the pure love of Christ.

We should never call people out when we aren't in a close friendship with them imo. Now you are probably thinking that "isn't that what your doing right now?" which, honestly it is what im doing and I wont deny that. BUT my point is instead of calling people out on their sins and their personal relationship with God (especially when they are trying to build their relationship with God) it can be very discouraging because we are making people think that they have to "not sin" to have a relationship with God. Telling people their sins won't do anything because they aren't able to understand why it is a sin yet. They might read it in the bible and say "okay", but the holy spirit is still working in them and purifying them and they will not truly understand until HE wills it. Change doesn't happen over night. Which is why I don't think we should say "this is a sin, don't do this" because if people TRULY have a relationship with Jesus they will be convicted of all things according to his will.

However as believers in christ it is extremely important to remember the heart of the gospel. Jesus promises a cross to die on and eternal life. Now please dont get me wrong I'm not at all criticizing you dear. I honestly just believe in every area of our life it's not about us it's about what jesus has done. Our life describes who we belong to. This is not our best life now..... count the cost of being a deciple of Jesus. It's worth it but anyone can wear a cross however can you carry one? Kian, since you have taken the time to research bible-based teachings, and it has not been resonating with you 100%, and you still have more questions than answers, you might consider looking outside of religion to find your answers. Spirituality as well as quantum physics may hold more answers for you. I have found answers there, with real solid proof in some cases, and there have been breakthroughs in EVP and photos of our loved ones in spirit/heaven. Quantum physics shows through string theory that everything is connected. It is quite fascinating. Since everything is connected, then separation is impossible. We are taught that hell separates souls from God. Since it is impossible for separation through the teachings of quantum physics, this would be impossible. Just something to think about in your quest for answers. Learning never stops really.

Thanks for being so open! I found you newer vids first and i wanted to see more of you, and so i came across this video. And i think it is very helpfull to know you can do this. I mean im a virgin at 28, and somethimes feel a outcast for it (living in Germany) But it helps to share and to be open about it when the conversation comes to it. I think USA is much more accepting to this, at least, i never seen vids like this form Germany or the Netherlands...
