I have just used the Nira Pro for 3 months. I took extensive photographs before I started. In harsh light, no makeup. I did not see many results for the first two months, in fact for 2.5 months, and was planning to return it. But when I took new photos a few days before the 90-day return period was up - I was stunned. The results are dramatic. Not so much removing wrinkles per se, but clearer and brighter skin, reduction of pores, my entire face is nicely plumped up and youthful. I showed the photos to my husband, a photographer, and he was also shocked. So . . . I'm keeping it. WOW. So impressed that I'm also going to try the Precision around my eyes. This interview was brilliant and put some long-term concerns of mine to rest. Thank you so much!

@@thehonestchannel I use it twice a day. I think honest "before" photos are a must. As I said, I really saw very few benefits until right up to the 90-day mark. So far, it hasn't helped my eyelids, which is why I'd like to try the Precision. I've seen photos of people whose eyelids were transformed. BUT in 90 days my skin has greatly benefited in other ways - shocked. My neck especially.
Few things actually work. And safely work. So far so good! Your questions were brilliant, so appreciate that you posted this.

@@pacificzuma111 Our NIRA lasers offer five levels of comfort, allowing users to adjust based on skin sensitivity. The Precision model has a smaller spot size, which concentrates the heat more in one area, resulting in what some describe as a slight stinging sensation. We recommend trying the NIRA Pro model, as its larger spot size distributes heat across a larger surface area, making it more tolerable for sensitive skin.

I own 2 of the og model so i could treat both sides of my face in half the time. I used the Nira daily for 6 months and honestly hadn't seen any improvement 🤷‍♀️i have several different anti aging devices and find my own personal best investment is the red light therapy mask, by far. Everyone has different results and concerns. I'm glad you addressed the fat loss issue. That was my major concern. Thank you, Claire ❤

I have been using the Nira Pro since 4/12/2024 and today is 5/22/2024. I do use very good skin care products and a few other modalities*, but in 5 weeks I've been MOST impressed with the Nira. I have completely turned around my puffy hooded eyes as well as lifted my brow area and my extremely crepey neck skin is 80% better than day one. I'm only 5 and a half weeks in. I am 64 years old, 4 years post menopause. I am astounded!
*other modalities include Recovery Purelift Pro + (two treatments in last 5 weeks), RED and NIR Light Therapy Mask along with Neck/Chest and Dr. Pen M8 (one treatment about 4 weeks ago, face only, no eye or neck). I do believe these other modalities do play a role, however the lift in my eyes and hooding is all Nira!

Thank you for this interview! I have used the Nira for about eighteen months. I laid off for awhile because I use red light panels and the Filip. I love what the Nira did but was concerned and cut back to a couple times a week. Now I am going to concentrate on my neck every day for three months. I am 76 and realize it is not going to get the results that a younger person might get but am thrilled with how my skin came back after neglect and trauma.

I've used Nira for 3 months now (I'm 52). I am very happy with the results, and would like to express gratitude to David and the company for creating such great product, as it made a very observable difference for me. Much like for the previous reviewer, my overall skin tone has become much brighter, skin firmer, fine lines and wrinkles diminished. I had darker circles around my eyes, and they are much brighter (though not entirely gone). In my experience, improvements were noticeable within the first few weeks. My husband commented that my skin looks very bright and good (he did not know I was doing this treatment). The fine lines around my eyes did not disappear but became less pronounced. I intend to use it ongoing, maybe with lesser frequency. I used it once to twice a day on a clean skin for 3 months, as recommended, going from level 1 to level 5 eventually. It occasionally stings on level 5, but I love the results, and how my skin feels after the treatment. An excellent product!

I am also curious if the company has been able to identify a pattern among clients for whom the Nira laser does not work. Of course, I’m curious if it might be associated with any specific autoimmune conditions, age, degree of damage, or wrinkles, gender, ethnicity. Because they do research on their product effectiveness, I would think they would have at least some limited general data regarding who the product works best for, so-so far, and doesn’t work for.
Your journalism skills are so appreciated, you do excellent work!

I also have seen improvement in the lines on the tops of my wrists, my neck lines, and even texture of my sun damaged arms. I was so in love, I bought the bigger head one. I have other devices but nothing has even come close for me to the results I get with it. People have to stay hydrated to have good result and use a good HA if possible. Or, do you experience any adverse skin reactions with skin products or treatments? My skin is very slow to heal. I had the small head Nira and I must admit I could never go past 2, but when I started hearing about the larger heads and how quick the treatment could be I bit the bullet and purchased the new one. I must say that the difference for me has made it worth the investment. It is quick and I am finished with the treatment moving on to the rest of the products I am using. Hi! My viewpoint….i spent $2000 to have Botox and juviderm filler. It lasted less than three months. I also had a pro do 3 chemical peels, one each month. During this one person quit, one person called in sick and a third person didn’t have the correct product when I showed up for my third and last peel at $300 a session. Not fun to deal with and didn’t meet my expectations. Since then…I bought a micro-needling pen, led mask, a peel I do weekly, and a micro-current device. All work beautifully. No appt needed. lol. I do miss the relaxing part of someone else taking care of everything. It is very confusing. I studied 4 derms and 3 aestheticians for months before I chose product. Good luck!

The NIRA lasers are safe and suitable for all skin types and tones. NIRA was designed to be equally effective, independent of the melanin levels in the skin. Although NIRA lasers are safe to use and have been tested clinically to achieve FDA clearance, we have no evidence to support any contraindications to melasma. While others have shared positive experiences, noting improvements in their melasma & hyperpigmentation, individual experiences may vary. If unsure, we recommend you consult with your physician or medical professional before using a NIRA laser to ensure the best safety and performance.

I feel I can maintain the results now by using it only a few times a week. I did not see results in my crows feet but they are very stubborn (even Botox gives me limited results). For some undereye wrinkles I have from being a side sleeper, TCA peels seem to work better and faster for me. I would get the Pro for my neck if it was a little less expensive *sigh*.

Yes, but it might be challenging to have enough skin contact around the eyes due to the NIRA Pro's larger aperture. Re: Nira itself: I tried the Nira Precision last year but found it too drying. By the end of the trial period, it hadn't done anything noticeable for the skin around my eyes except dry it out more. The company's staff tried to help, but their suggestions didn't work for me. The one they didn't make was to go back to level 1 and see whether that helped! In the end, I regretfully returned it.
The little laser did, however, seem to be working on the lines around my mouth, including my smokers lines (I don't know where they came from; I never smoked and don't use straws). The company's staff was helpful and supportive and they were great about the refund. So my experience in dealing with them was good, and I wouldn't hesitate to try again with a different sort of product.

I am curious if the Nira laser is appropriate for people with autoimmune conditions. I have a couple of autoimmune conditions that have taken a toll on my skin health as well as my overall health. I’ve learned the hard way that some of the skin procedures are not appropriate for people with autoimmune conditions. However, this is never addressed by professionals promoting products or procedures. They should always include conditions that the product is not appropriate for.
I think the Nira might be okay for the many of us with autoimmune conditions because it is not as intense as in-office procedures. I would be very interested to hear the creators opinion on this whenever he returns for an additional interview.

Lyma uses LED light sources for therapy, which some may consider not to be a true laser. Their FDA clearance is based on LED devices. In contrast, NIRA has the first and only non-fractional, true laser-based device for home use. Our laser penetrates the skin at 1450 nm, gently heating the dermis to stimulate collagen production for youthful skin. Both NIRA and LYMA use patented technology for wrinkle reduction without discomfort. NIRA typically shows results in 60-90 days, while LYMA takes at least 12 weeks with very little clinical data to back up its claims. Unlike LYMA, NIRA offers a risk-free experience with a 90-day money-back guarantee, allowing returns for any reason. The NIRA Laser only heats up the papillary region of the skin, and since it is non-fractional, it is not invasive or damaging to the skin. It will not melt or destroy fat cells. It works by heating up the water underneath your skin, and this triggers collagen to start building. When used consistently, skin will smooth out for an overall healthier complexion.
