Thanks, these are really useful. I'll be referencing them during my build, the kit has just been delivered.
Looks great. Love that color
LOVE that color mate and I like the change on the 2K as well, spot on. Look'n good.
Really like that colour good job 😀👍
A STUNNING COLOR Paul, I'll Be Watching For Updates. God Bless All.
Spectacular paint job!!
Nice painting tutorial. I would not thought about putting a clear coat over the Bare Metal Foil. Thanks for sharing.
By wettish coat do you mean slightly moist 🤣
Love that colour and the clear coat makes it look even better.
Great video to learn from too Paul 👍😎
haha yes moist
Hi Paul thanks for your videos , an old kid getting back into this hobby.
Welcome back buddy :)
Welcome back to the hobby Jeff ..... 👍😉
@@THROTTLEPOWER Yeah thanks I`m really enjoying it, gonna redo what i messed up as a kid years ago, but better now i have the tools and knowledge, thanks to you guys!
@@Jeff-cv4qn Very cool Jeff..... Enjoy!!!!!!!!
I love your build videos. I like to learn to be a better builder and there is so much content that doesn't do that. Any tips, tricks and techniques. You are one of my favorite modeling channels! So from WAY across the pond, a big US thumbs up!
Paint color is fantastic. I really like your spray technique.
Nice color. I am going pink with tight brown interior.
Interesting lol
*What a paint, the metallic green is fantastic!*
Hey Paul, thank you, you finally answered a question for me that I couldn’t get answered from Gravity. I used their paint and it crazed the plastic really bad. Now I know multiple thin coats is the way to go. I put wet coats. Thanks again👍🏻
Great video....I'm too chicken to try the air brush...thank you...
Looks amazing mate. Love the green!
I followed your tips for my first 2k job on my Foose truck. Best results I’ve ever had.
Paul, great selection for the color. I have seen so many of the real thing in similar colors and also done as a two tone with a white cab. great posting
Great colour and video as always! Thank you
You do know how to pick the right color 😁👏🏻. Good choise and very nice result Paul. Looking forward for next stages!
Beautiful colour Paul Awesome job as always 👍
Looking GOOD like the color your kit is looking outstanding know it will be an over the top build when your done as always thumbs up
Awesome1
Hi Paul. I love watching your videos. You actually have a pleasing voice so listening is a pleasure too.
This is one of many builds I've seen of yours where you weren't sure of the name of a part or it's function. And they all were American vehicles! lol
For this build, the part, (@ 5:50), you weren't sure of why it's there is called the radiator core support. I think the name says it all.
Build is looking great Paul and the color is amazing. Not sure but believe you forgot the Group Build page maybe. Looking forward to the next part on this one. Hoping to start mine next week.
Nice one indeed. That colour looks lovely. I also use nothing but the 0.2 needle since I was able to get hold of one. Works well for me. But I don't know the consistency of the Gravity 2k. I reckon probably similar to mine. Model on.
Great color choice Paul!
Paul, U am just trying to work out between you and Luke, where you put the holder on the roof do you ever go over and paint that bit, thanks Paul G
Wow this colour is basically the same colour I did my Foose f100 in! I used the Mr hobby Metallic green which was basically this same shade.
It’s a bit different I used that save colour on my gt500
@@InternationalScaleModeller green very hard colour to photograph I found, I wasn't able to accurately picture mine
And yet another great paint job. I follow several youtube modelers and I have to say that your paint jobs are second to none. Do you use the same airbrush for paint and clear or do you use a separate dedicated airbrush for each one?
I have separate for each paint types. Saves contamination that way :)
Great vid Paul and WOW, love the color!!!!!
I picked up the kit and will join in on the GB if that is ok? Sometime this weekend I'll do an intro vid of the kit & GB...... Thanks, Tim
Of course it is mate :)
@@InternationalScaleModeller Thanks Paul ... 😉🙂
Where can I get the wood vaneer?
I just saw Tim over at throttle powers video about the group build is it all right if I join in also
Of course open to everyone
Is this the same colors used on the mustang model? Really nice color...
No that was Mr color c57, similar but not the same
@@InternationalScaleModeller well, both are beautiful and I could use it, for sure...
Hi Paul, great video as always. Whats your view on the moulded-in windscreen wipers on this kit ? Revell do this a lot, as do the other US companies like AMT. I don't think they look realistic and spoil the look of the car. I usually try to sand them off where possible and replace them from the spares box. All the best, John
The wipers aren’t the best I agree
Hi Paul, why do you back away in later coats of paint? Isn't there a risk of orange peel? Thanks, really cool paint job and model build.....:)
no just to get more coverage really and thanks buddy :)
