Hey John and Isaac you guys should put a 90° boot on the supercharger pointing the carburetor forwards acting as direct cold air injection put a pointy Chrome or Rusty air filter on it
@CarsandCameras no problem buds, you guys rock, love the build. I'm a frostback lol aka Canadian, so cvt and boost are my life lol. God bless race sleds 😆 🤣 😂
@Gokartrider Me too I’m just about finished with my first trike build. Me and a friend both built drift trikes over the summer so we can ride together.
I appreciate how you both wear PPE in your videos...simply because you are setting a good example for anyone watching and wanting to do any fab work of their own. And...awesome build!
My favorite part so far is Ike’s amazing idea of putting the old style swirl pattern in the dash! It is absolutely gorgeous ❤. I love it so much! And the way he did it with the wire brush bit I would have never thought of; genius!
Thank you for grinding millscale John!!!! But stainless should be back purged with argon... Without it you will get sugaring on inside and joint could become weak and crack.
Given their inexperience, they should purge, as it helps with penetration as well. I usually say "it's exhaust, not aerospace", though. It's gonna look rough eventually, regardless of what you do.
I've said for a couple years they shouldn't be gap welding and half assing stuff with all the tools they have now. It was different when they only had a gasless welder.
I’ll say it again, this is my favorite build to date. I was watching back when you guys were in that house garage with the yard track and the road up the driveway for the top speed testing. You fellas have come a long way from then and I’m still loving it👍
nice, we used to do the same setup for putting the style on the dash, only difference is that we wrapped the bit in tape so it kept it tighter and more consistent
The first video I ever watched was "How to buy a cheap minibike" ten years ago. This build really showcases how much you talent has grown over the years!
Now you're talkin'! Sounds excellent! And WD40 is the secret to those cool looking pipe colors. Wipe it down before running and the heat will give you the color. Reapply as needed. Beware of handprints and clean the pipe very good before running as well since greasy handprints will show!
Find yourself an old copper wash tub which is oval. Cut it in half across the vertical waistband, braze in a brass mesh and you will have a remarkable rad grill which could add brass headlights!
John, you COULDNT have done a better job with the lake pipe/ side pipe. It has the correct tone and wide open sound that suits that ride. 10 out of 10 on this build and it keeps getting better! HATS of to you guys!!!
This Old Man from Washington NC enjoying and laughing 🤣. Y'all are really amazing with your Dreams 😍. John I'll be seeing your Dad tomorrow ❤️. Most of our time together is talking about you and Isaac 😅. Love You Guys. 🛵 🧔💝💝💝
You need egt sensors in each exhaust tube. That was one of the most helpful ways to tune the promod we run. Lean builds heat and rich cools it down. So tune for cylinder temp and pressure with boost. Keep up the good work!!
Holy crap, you guys have come a long way. I found your channel when you were building your original rat rod. Your skills have only gotten better. I absolutely love this build. The seat airbags are a great idea
For the switches.....ammo spent casings.....also needs some vintage military 2 in 1 lights....aka the blackout lights and road lights with the military light switch..
Love the build! Been watching you guys for 9 years. If you guys have the time itd be wicked to see a mikuni BN38 carb from a jet ski on this! You could flip the supercharger vertical and give it a little more of that classic rat rod look with that carb sticking out the top 🙌
Ok guys, this is so completely nuts. Perfect for sure. I can only think of a little improvement to do to it. I am actually a bit hesitant to mention this but here goes. I would install a small electric fuel pump and route it to the header collectors. With a little squirt of gasoline it will shoot some pretty nice flames whenever you really want to put on a show. The exhaust has enough heat and the flame front is close enough to make it really interesting. To be safe the jet for the spray nozzle should be fairly small like about a #40 drill bit to start. You of course would need to have a check valve in the tubing to keep the fuel tank from becoming an interesting fire ball. Just an idea from an old madman. I have done this on one of my old sports cars when I was much younger. It definitely makes a statement when cruising. Best Regards Al Hartley
Best part was it shooting blue flames out the side pipes the first time Ike takes it outside. Just epic, this thing is cool on more levels than i imagined!
as a 13 year tig welder. Johnny boy look into getting yourself a foot pedal. you need the extra modulation for the thin stuff. also if you want those real pretty rainbows on your stainless upgrade to a gas lens cup. and keep the heat LOW. really take your time. you can get some insane stickout with those too..
been a subscriber for years and have always felt underwhelmed a little (my problem) but this venture into alternative engines gets me exited to try something myself:) ty C&C crew :) loving all the content regardless:)
Dudes. I 've been enjoying your channel pretty much from the beginning and this is the most awesome sick build you've done yet IMHO. It's nice to see you putting your ever growing skill, wealth and fame to good use. Please don't stop. Thx.
This is by far one of the coolest builds you guys have done. My top 3 favorite builds you guys have done are the ducarti, the drag rail, and now this one. Keep at it guys. You've been one of my favorite channels for years.
When I look at Isaac sitting in that my first thought is Herman Munster from the Munsters and I know it doesn't look like it, but I keep thinking of the Dragula.
You two are such an unlikely pair, but perfect together. Ike's my age (a tad older, actually 😅), years of old school knowledge, wisdom and experience, but probably would have fallen into the same trap I did, if not for John. John, going back to the beginning (I've been following ya'll pretty much the whole time)... was young, Inexperienced, a little scared, but always eager. Reinfused Ike with that "childish" glee most of us lose along the way, and forced him to become a "creator"... something most of us old timers scoffed at, 10 years ago. Now, under Ike's tutelage, John is coming into his own as a fabricator, mechanic, and driver, while John has kept Ike's spirit young and inspired... not to mention, "up to date", technologically, lol. And this is the result... definitely my favorite build, in 10+ years! Though I still say it needs a stubby windshield, a ZZ Top style faux "grill", and... if ya'll are up to it, no more rat rod, venture more into body work, and make "Private Pile" pretty?
Hey John and Isaac you guys should put a 90° boot on the supercharger pointing the carburetor forwards acting as a direct air injection and possibly a pointed air filter
Spoke rims to and to your list , I thought around the same as you but maybe a removable top and a windshield that matches the top of the over hang . idk but I also think they could of elongated the body fo a little more leg room so if you were to hit something dead on your knees wouldnt take the brunt force so much because he looked scrunched in and a little uncomfortable.
I love how it started with “this would be kinda cool” and is turning into “how fast can we get it around the track” - that’s one of the things I love about y’all. Cool stuff should be drivable.
Fella's, I've been viewing since your beginning... You all have developed the skill. I believe that it's time for a full scale T-Rod build! Build your own frame, your own T-Bucket, your own suspension? Wiring, engine,, brakes are easy for you all by now. Of course getting it registered is one hurdle, like Rather be welding, he builds sweet carts but gets no justice on being legal! Casey Customs, same thing! You build a great product, can't sell it. After time, only a yard full of builds! I know, I'll get no response but the only real benefactors is the sellers of product from your sponsors, I'd love a kit from your builds for my own collection... True Talk
@john, you may find a foot pedal to be helpful until you figure out your settings on the welder. I am by no means a welder, but helped me prevent blowing holes in my work.
You guys should build a stunt wheelie mini bike that would be awesome. I've learned so much over the years from watching your videos that is the only thing you guys have not did yet.
Oh dude those side pipse sing! The only tging i can think of that this car needs is some proper hot rod headlights. My favourite build yall have done, period
You guys are my project inspiration. My plan over the winter is to take a honda foreman 450 and use the drivetrain and electronics to convert and electric ezgo golfcart to gas.
Go to buyraycon.com/cars to get up to 30% off sitewide! Brought to you by Raycon.
Hey John and Isaac you guys should put a 90° boot on the supercharger pointing the carburetor forwards acting as direct cold air injection put a pointy Chrome or Rusty air filter on it
Flamethrower the exhaust...... Like a certain project in the past 😉😉
Congratulations on the first 🥇 place
Think about maybe sliding on a heat shield for the exhaust on the left side. You don't want to heat the belt up.
My favorite build as of yet. 🤙🏻
I know what this needs. A hitch and custom go kart trailer for....THE RAT ROD GO KART.
that would be too sweet
Bump this up man that be sweet
They could take it to pate, so someone could ride in the trailer.
Please make this happen. Would be the coolest thing at the swap meet.
Hell yeah, but the trailer has to be a mobile BBQ🎉
Up the blower speed a bit, lean out the carb a bit and boom you will have blower surge and nasty power. Wicked build boys, keep it up!!!!
Thank you sir! We’re gonna do some boost tuning next episode!
@CarsandCameras no problem buds, you guys rock, love the build. I'm a frostback lol aka Canadian, so cvt and boost are my life lol. God bless race sleds 😆 🤣 😂
This is why we luv car's and cameras ❤ !!!!
Yeah if yall could get it to have a nasty surge that would be awesome.
Please use an AFR gauge.
The Subie RUMBLE!! My life is now complete
Yes it's exactly the same song !!! Those lake pipes are neat ! And they've turned golden with the heat😮 this is why I love car's and cameras !!!!!❤
I love the way this absolute unit is built! I’m 14 and I’m inspired by your work
Awesome man hope you can make it out to mini mayhem or pate swap meet sometime!
@Gokartrider Me too I’m just about finished with my first trike build. Me and a friend both built drift trikes over the summer so we can ride together.

THE DICE KNOBS COMETH!!!!...really awesome build and even better videos!! Thank for inviting us into your shop with you...-John
This is why I love " car's and cameras " This is Why !!! .
Thank you!
Thank you for grinding millscale John!!!!
But stainless should be back purged with argon... Without it you will get sugaring on inside and joint could become weak and crack.
Ya beat me to it
Given their inexperience, they should purge, as it helps with penetration as well.
I usually say "it's exhaust, not aerospace", though. It's gonna look rough eventually, regardless of what you do.
It’s not a nuclear reactor 😂.
@@jeffreylong9405 why do anything half ass? And it's good practice for when they start building rally trucks

Legit my favorite build of all time! One of the coolest builds on youtube😎

I don't have a favorite song, but I listen to Bee Gees, Modern Talking, and Coco Jambo the most.
The sound into those 2 inch echo chambers, at both idle and WFO, is simply spectacular! The dashboard is wonderful.
John, you COULDNT have done a better job with the lake pipe/ side pipe. It has the correct tone and wide open sound that suits that ride. 10 out of 10 on this build and it keeps getting better! HATS of to you guys!!!
Thank you!
This is your best build to date in my opinion !!!
Ike and I are both TUB THUMPERS!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

I like this build a lot.
That is all.
You should put the wheel barrel handles back on, I think that would look cool. Awesome build!
One of the coolest builds… Kudos guys… gotta have lights… old bicycle lights … omg yes please
Those donuts were epic!
it's one of the best, most creative projects you've done. Very fun. You should do another one, but different, so you bot have a nice mini rat rod!
So much fun watching you guys. It gives me great ideas for future projects.
Ok guys, this is so completely nuts. Perfect for sure. I can only think of a little improvement to do to it. I am actually a bit hesitant to mention this but here goes. I think that if you went back and hard lines the vent tubes it could be incredibly cool for the rat rod /steam punk vibe. Copper lines or somethings.
Need to make a rectangle box cover for the air compressor will look like a trunk…….👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Best part was it shooting blue flames out the side pipes the first time Ike takes it outside. Just epic, this thing is cool on more levels than i imagined!
This thing is filthy!!!!!!! I love all your builds but you’ve knocked this one out the park boys! So far
I’m glad he gave it a few extra on there. Nice works boys !!!!!!!

this is the coolest and best sounding go-kart ive ever seen! I cant wait to see it when its all finished
This thing is 100% legit. One of your most bad ass builds yet looks and sounds great. Can’t wait to see more.!👍🏼🤩🫡❤️
been a subscriber for years and have always felt underwhelmed a little (my problem) but this venture into alternative engines gets me exited to try something myself:) ty C&C crew :) loving all the content regardless:)
Dudes. I 've been enjoying your channel pretty much from the beginning and this is the most awesome sick build you've done yet IMHO. It's nice to see you putting your ever growing skill, wealth and fame to good use. Please don't stop. Thx.
The engine turned dash looks good. The lakes pipes sound great. Dice? No dice.
YES! That sounds amazing! And it looks right.
This is by far one of the coolest builds you guys have done. My top 3 favorite builds you guys have done are the ducarti, the drag rail, and now this one. Keep at it guys. You've been one of my favorite channels for years.
Johnny D the welding machine ... I have to say, i am impressed with how nice your welds are... I had my doubts but that thing is freakin awesome
I think this is my new favorite kart you've built. The new exhaust system is absolutely perfect. You guys have outdone yourselves with this one
When I look at Isaac sitting in that my first thought is Herman Munster from the Munsters and I know it doesn't look like it, but I keep thinking of the Dragula.

little tip for your tig welding you dont always ned filler rod if there isnt a gap you dont need filler
What a great build, I love the fish scale looking dash. Great custom exhaust, air bags. ❤ It, great job fellas 👍👍
Hey John and Isaac you guys should put a 90° boot on the supercharger pointing the carburetor forwards acting as a direct air injection and possibly a pointed air filter
And placing the charger straight over the intake, would look great!
it actually pushes too much air through the carb and upsets the vacuum signal.
Absolutely love this build, and it’s coming along quite nicely
I'd love to see a grill on the front with some freestanding headlights !!! And maybe an airoscreen type windscreen for added astetic joyfulness ☝️😆
Like the zztop grill.
Artists by day… builders @ night.
Or reversal.. or both .. who cares it’s always awesome
When you first started this build, I was skeptical, but wow, that thing is sick!
I love how it started with “this would be kinda cool” and is turning into “how fast can we get it around the track” - that’s one of the things I love about y’all. Cool stuff should be drivable.
This build is just to cool 😎 and the exhaust headers look great and that dash bord great creativity Ike with the spun aluminum 👍👏
That is one sweet sound coming out of those pipes.
Ayyy! Used my idea!!❤

This is such a creative, professional build. You guys could seriously start doing commissions or something
I love that song! "Don't you worry about it "
Clearly you guys have entirely too much fun. Thank you
Must admit, the exhaust has made it sound so good. Loving this build
That’s exactly the exhaust I was envisioning! Love this project! ❤
You guys should build a stunt wheelie mini bike that would be awesome. I've learned so much over the years from watching your videos that is the only thing you guys have not did yet.
Sounds just like a cb750 i swear it does. With open pipes. By far the best one yet.
Omg it sounds great, amazing, wonderful, fantastic, delightful, angelic...................
That thing is the coolest freaking thing I've seen for ages and the new sound ❤
Oh dude those side pipse sing! The only tging i can think of that this car needs is some proper hot rod headlights.
My favourite build yall have done, period
That exaust is bang on , completes the look nicely
Rub WD-40 on the hot exhaust pipes for a golden tint. Favorite song while hot lapping Private Pile is “Jesus Built My Hotrod”. 🧟♂️
How could anyone not watch what yall are up to? Yall are great. I want to go ride with yall one day.
This is definitely in my top 5 builds from you guys. Absolutely love the T-Bucket vibe of it. Plus, it's really rowdy.
Good job on your victories!!!, and the build is looking good .
Needs a bigger filter, thing looks like it's sucking inside haha. Sweet work, loved the dropped burn out.
100% my fav small 4 wheel build on youtube ive seen yet i fucking love this thing
The candy bar poem 🎉🎉🎉
It's clean
The way that thing rises back up, how the front slightly rises after back and it all rests at a high it's amazing
Hey a good sponsor segment that's rare lol. I'm not even interested in ear buds but somehow I watched it through
Sounds great. You guys really killed on this one.
Oh how have the 90° fitting been, where have they been? "Uhh the are now currently woth us today " lol
If you get some stainless steel pickling paste it will get rid of the color on the welds. Could also just wire brush the welds and take the color off.
I am glad that you did the full length pipes. They look so good.
That thing is Nasty!
You guys are my project inspiration. My plan over the winter is to take a honda foreman 450 and use the drivetrain and electronics to convert and electric ezgo golfcart to gas.
love the build!!
Totally awesome build
God bless Cars and Camera's
Super cool kart. The orange, and pink really clash though. Maybe go retro black or Grey primer.
Tub thumping is alright ❤
This is by far my favorite build you guys have done
I love this project so much!!! It is hands-down one of my favorites, and that's saying a lot!!!!!
best yet!!
10:18 less zoomies, more lake pipes, but I love it. Lake pipse are 100% hot rod!
I would agree with the lakeside pipes.
My favorite song of all time is paradise city and might as well jump by Eddie Van Halen.
BADASS!
Ike's snoring isn't that bad John. I heard yours over the hurricane and I'm in Canada. 😒🤣
