We're proud that Paul Foston has included PlaneSWING in the "Formula For The Full Swing Part 6 Understanding Swing Plane" This features in the "Paul Foston - My Golf Masterclass" app.
From the side on view… shouldn’t the Plane Swing intercept your sternum? In which case you need to stand about 3 inches or so forward …and have the Plane Swing set a few more degrees upright.
Hi Dougie, Yes. Good observation. The setting is in most cases through the biceps, which equates to the upper sternum. However, PlaneSWING's versatility is such that you can set it flatter or more upright depending on your swing type. For example, Bryson sets his PlaneSWING pretty much through the top of the shoulders, whereas Zach Johnson or Matt Kuchar would set it flatter. In the case of Paul in this video he's tracking a steeper plane and shallowing. If you haven't seen the Mark Hensby video on this channel, it's worth a watch. Mark, like many PlaneSWING owners, uses PlaneSWING to exaggerate a desired movement. Tony
This just “PLANE” WORKS!!!!!
